It doesn't even show the images of the items most of the times. How can you shop without seeing photos of the products

Add items to your bag, go to checkout and items missing with no explanation

I have been a keen loyalist of Jack Wills for many years but this app is appalling. You can only filter between items when it asks you to use the Web page so pointless having this app and only one url works and it's that dated that when you do manage to put items to the checkout it tells you they're out of stock. Save your memory and go online!

It doesn't update the new items and everytime I click on the app it's the same as the last time I clicked on it...needs a better update and everything I click on it sends me to the website on the Internet

When you select an item it shows you something completely different!

Keeps saying to delete items not in stock every time I proceed to payment!!!! Arggggghh

I find the app temperamental, everytime I tried to search for an item the app would crash, only happens on this app I'd recommend going in shop to do your shopping as the website is no better

Just been shopping for half an hour and went to check out. App tells me some items are out of stock (why was I able to add then?) and that I must remove but doesn't tell me which items! Also shopping bag shows the size but only indicates color graphically. Why not clearly state the colors? Sometimes black and navy look really close. Finally, I clicked on shop gents sale but got all men's items, including stuff NOT on sale. Would also be nice to have sale categories like jeans, shirts, tees, etc.

Very nice looking app. Some good features, but why does it lose the favourite items? Makes it pointless if you want to create a wish list that deletes after you shut the app down. I'll stick to the website rather than bloat my phone

Love the Jack Wills brand and buy frequently but I must say that I find the website and apps very very budget and poorly designed. It's not easy to navigate at all. Disappointed.
