JackThreads: Men's Shopping

I shopped with JackThreads for 6 years, starting when I heard about them in 2011. Solid deals, good looks. After all this time I had my first issue - my package was stolen. This has made me aware that JackThreads has literally no customer service. They claim to - there's a phone number and a way to email - but no one answers. If all you want is clothes, this app is good. I'll be taking my business somewhere that cares too.

Only liked them because of tryouts.. Once they stopped i was curious if they just changed but then now im hearing all sorts of crap about people getting wrong things, not getting their items or having to wait forever to get what they purchased. For that reason "Im out"

Scammers, customer support don't even respond or call back. They charged me for tryouts and now I am stuck cloths that doesn't even fit me. They lost my trust, I will never buy there again. What a shame, I liked that app

**Update: Looks like these guys actually are going out of business. So purchase their sale items at your own risk. Their customer service team seemed to drop off a cliff in the past couple weeks. Not responding to multiple app or web messages, or phone calls. And a related issue: I had a gift card balance disappear out of the blue, so not being able to speak to a rep is a serious problem. Would seriously recommend not purchasing anything from them right now.

I have been a fan of Jack Threads for years. Then I had an issue with the delivery of an item. I called, emailed, sent Facebook message and contacted the Better Business Bureau yet I never got a response from them. No customer service at all. Don't use this app.

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Will take your money, change your order and take their sweet time doing it. Do not order from them. This app has turned I to a scam

First Time Using this App! Only to be disappointed! Where is the Customer Support at? Ordered something, its been a week where is it at? Who knows...What i do know is you guys have my money and i have received absolutely nothing....man all these Positive reviews i heard from you guys only for me to see for myself the complete opposite...untill further notice i wont Rate this app any higher than 1 star...Truly sucks you guys have a great Selection and a Great thing going for you guys! But that Customer support is killing me. I hope i can get my refund !

I used to love this app when humans were involved but it seems only machines are handling everything now

It's a better experience than their website. It's easier to add things to my saved list and see suggestions. The sure usually takes too long to load things

Jack Threads is no longer in business. The customer service team has been let go and the remaining crew are trying (they say) their best fulfill all orders or refunds. You will be missed as I've never had a problem with them.

Gave me 3 different shipping dates, used to be able to return items now everything is final sale, only got one shipping update.

Used to shop here a lot. Last thing I bought, I got the wrong item. No response on any of their customer service platforms.

Been shopping with jackthreads since 2012. Great updates on clothing and shoes.

Unbaised review...Used the app on and off this past year. Most of my favorite clothes came from the app when I waited for season sales to drop. They have notifications everyday but I leave mine on to catch the great deals! People compliment my clothes and shoes, I just point them to the app. Thanks JackThreads!

Great app/service with some nice finds. Most recent update seems to have killed portrait viewing. Hope that gets fixed.

No returns on sale items even if they don't fit

They are the best in the game

The prices are in the £ instead of the $AUS. The sizing isn't clear whether this is UK shoe sizing or US shoe. This has prevented me from purchasing through this app.

I'll give you 5 stars when you allow notifications to be turned off.

Can't get past the main screen before it crashes

Reasonable selection, prices reasonable, sizes aren't big enough. No big and tall.

I don't shop anywhere else anymore for clothes.

No option to turn off push notifications (which are already happening - haven't even signed in to the app yet) means I will not be using your service.

Can't log in with this app

I haven't used this app in a while but the clothes are great and have lasted me such a long time. Issues get resolved quickly because the customer service rocks. Haven't had a chance to try out the new Try Outs option but seems to be a really awesome deal. Only problem I'd say I have had was that it kinda sucks that the suits aren't exactly fitted or anywhere close to it but for the price you really can't complain. Just have to get the suits fitted.

I never receive notifications when my stuff ships. I just fund out when I check on my own. Same with emails. I never receive an email saying its shipped.

The customer service is great, they're very helpful really try to help you out as much as they can

It's a great idea. I just wish they made girls clothes too. The tryouts option is so cool.

Easy to use

"Clothing for guys" HUGE ASTERISK! Only if you are skinny. Largest shirt size is XXL? And largest waist sizes are 38? Thanks but I like my clothes to fit. Why would an online store perpetrate size discrimination? Shame!

Not too excited about the UI I just love the clothes. The UI isn't bad and doesn't need any updates, just need the filter options to be better. We should be able to choose multiple options within the different categories.
