Won't let me log in smh keep saying login failed

Log in failure.

Idk y I would think that the app would work when the company itself is a HUGE mistake altogether. I can not log onto this apl, I have tried SEVERAL times, I have uninstalled it, reinstalled, I have done everything I can imagine and still can not get logged in. Seriously for the amount of money paid 2 JH, their app should be working, they should have at least a decent customer service, they should at least be an average company however they just fail all around. I hope they enjoy the money they made this year, I have a feeling they will get VERY little clients next year, if not go bankrupt. I will NEVER refer them 2 a single person, not even my worst enemy. When they decide they want 2 fix their issues & they finally look over all their ratings, I hope they see what they have done & know why they r the worst of the worst.

Set up account went to log in and it says log in failed every time. Jacksonhewitt I can promise after all the bs I have gone thru this year with this company from early advance s to not getting the second one to every time you call someone gives u a different answer or date. Too much falls back on the company for not knowing the right answer s to your clients. Hope u enjoy the money u got this year from me because it will be the last.

Why do I see so many reviews wirh the same login problem and no response from the developer? By the way I can't login either.

It will not even let me create a sign in, I've been using then for years. As much as they charge to do taxes, they should be able to have a functioning app

The app would not work all. Reported it 3 times, still not fixed so I deleled the app.

Keeps on crashing while trying to log on or it says log on failed. So I deleted it and I hope it get fix so I reload it again.

I can not log into my account, I reset my password and all but no dice.

It will not let me create my username. It tells me that what I'm using is already taken. That is impossible.

I dont know bout thus app yet but I've been taking mine to them going on 13 years.

Terrible app, can never log back in with the same password, and it keeps telling me my info isn't correct when I try to check the status of my refund. Removed it, after the third time I had to rest my password, and couldn't log back in with that password. You guys suck. I wish I didn't file with you guys. And that's not because of the app, you got my info wrong. Some "pros"

It is the dumbest app. Can't log in, can't check my refund status and above all can't get any information. Jackson Hewitt has really let me down this year , in service and accuracy

I downloaded the app just to write a review. They attempted to charge me 3x the price of a simple tax prep with no explination. This is typical of big buisness in this country. No accountability...

App doesn't work. How much money does Jackson Hewitt make in a year? A f*** load, and they can't even seem to provide their customers who make them rich with a viable app.

I forgot my password for Myjh and I tried recovering my password and it says the app has stopped working. Not going to continue to waste my time fighting with this. Uninstalled!
