About ATX Startup Crawl

Join us for the 2017 Austin Startup Crawl! The party starts at 5pm and lasts until 10pm on Monday, March 13th.

Crawl throughout downtown Austin as we showcase the best in talent, startups, and more that this city's technology community has to offer. Last year we had more than 80+ companies and 24,000+ registered crawlers. This year promises to be even BIGGER.

Grab a group of friends and take the free shuttle from startup to startup for a free beverage, to drop off a resume, see office space or just kick back!

Grab a drink and some swag on Thursday night as you tour the latest and greatest of Austin's startup community - culminating in the epic megastop at Capital Factory.

Open to the public.

Download the app and sign in to RSVP and get more information about the crawl.

Wanted me to RSVP without seeing what I was RSVPing to before hand... not going to happen.

Didn't provide info. Not sure what the screenshots are from, but the only thing the app did for me on the day of the crawl that I already signed up for was to tell me to sign up.

Y70%
by Y####:

Application only asks if I want to register with Facebook or email, if I choose email, I get an error that my email is already in use. No option to just login with my email because I already rsvped days ago.

Getting an invalid email response with no solution.

Update: Data not loading for app. Assume map points, center and zoom are pulled through the network and that's why it's empty and starting position off.

Can't wait to use this app to get free drinks! It's so easy to use!

One of my favorite events of the year and another reason that Austin's community is awesome =)

As per usual...the team over at Jackrabbit Mobile have outdone themselves once again. Streamlined on-board process, elegant and intuitive UX / UI. This app will be a lifesaver at the @atxstartupcrawl during #sxsw this Thursday. 4 out of 5 stars only because I want to be able to interact with the various twitter feeds (ie - follow, retweet, etc. Of companies I want to meet with) and also because the '3-Dot' upper-right corner menu item is confusing and then links to a registration page I've already seen.

Map crashed often. If I didn't use map it mostly worked but kept sending me notifications about nothing

Had issues with checking in. Had GPS and wifi on but never able to check in anywhere. Not even sure how to check in. Also crashed a few time. Lastly, not having the back button exit the app is basic android behavior that was overlooked

Startup crawl is one of the best events in town and this app makes it even better. Big props to the dev team!

Z70%

No instructions on how to "check in" and was told by developers that it just checked you in automatically. I went to eight of the check in locations and it only captured three. Tried rebooting, turning Wi-Fi off and on, turned GPS off and on, verified a GPS lock and nothing seemed to work.
