Simple and easy to use. Wish it did instant p2p transfer.

Love it! I used it all the time before the update, and now with the latest update it received it's even better. Favorite part is the fingerprint scanner login, worked perfectly after not even a minute of setup. Everything is easy to access and use, not to mention fast. Way to go WTB!

The new update is great! The fingerprint access was quick and easy. After adding a new account, all I had to do was login to the full site to enable it. Now, I'm able to transfer money, make bill payments, see recent transactions, make deposits. Thanks WTB!

This app won't even let me deposit to my checking accout! Let alone show my account at all! None of my accounts show up therefore this app is useless. Literally a waste of my time.

Missing so many features, When are you going to catch up with the times. No biometrics, takes 5 business days to Quickpay, still not able to download statements, not able to view ANYTHING but current (less than 5 days) information. AND no single reply from my last review last year. Please do right by your customers, they are your paycheck after all... I so can't wait until I can change lenders!!!!

I really want to see biometrics and the ability to view statements. Aside from that it's great. But those 2 things are very important

Worked fine when I used a Samsung Galaxy S5, but now I get "error configuring camera" when I try to take pictures of the check with my LG Stylo 2V

Worked great for a while. Now it can't access the camera. No more distance banking.

I can't deposit checks, it works nice to see my balance but how do I deposit checks?

Very poor mobile depositing. Never works

The remember me button doesn't actually auto save my username. I'd prefer if it did so if someone sees me type In my password for any reason they won't know my username

Only one star because it doesn't matter how pretty it is if it doesn't work, it's worthless. Crashes when entering bill pay. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling still crashing. Please fix.

Only gives 5 day account history and shows negative balance as positive

Some functions don't work, can't enter requested information. Doesn't support my cell provider. Not confident I can trust it, security-wise. Uninstalling.

Needs fingerprint or pin to login. Never remembers to save username. Need to accept Android pay and Samsung pay. P2P money transfer takes days and needs to be instant.

You have been a very good bank and have been the best bank! My Grandfather used this bank for his family and the Church that He had in DeerPark WA The little Lutheran Church.

Not enough info given, its almost like its incomplete. Would like to see extra improvements, like a longer transaction list.

I was able to get the app and log right in with no problems, used it on the s5 and now s7

I wish I could view older transactions.

Love check deposit feature. It only looks fuzzy until you snap the picture, then it's crystal clear. Love it.

If all you need is to check available balance then it's fine using Android based phone. I need more than this and have been forced to abandon my phone. No good when app times out!

I just updated but still the P2P doesn't show up actually a lot of the things on your updated didn't show up on my app. Why is that?

it will not focus to take a picture of a check to deposit it I took a beautiful picture with my camera on my phone but once I get into the Washington Trust Bank app it will not focus I have gone into my settings I have double check triple check quadruple checked my settingsI am totally disappointed with Washington Trust Bank I'm going to leave this bank, when I called for help they tried telling me it must be my phone it was not they tried telling me to check my settings. I unloaded the app and reloaded it still it will not focus on the check useless hate Washington Trust Bank

A great mobile banking app. You can pay your bills, transfer money to other banks, AND if you think you've lost your debit card you can put a temporary hold on it. Very nice!

unable to view transactions. cant get past the balance screen. it tries to process it yet it takes to long and kicks me back out too the log-in. I've uninstalled/reinstalled. I've tried with Wi-Fi only, data connection only, both. The app used to work fine, but hasn't for a few months now.

I used to be able to transfer money between my savings and checkings instantly.what happened?
