This app is good just would be better if fingerprint support were available like it is in the apple version, I have an android HTC One A9 with a fingerprint sensor it'd be nice to use it for this app

Deposit feature doesn't work. Take photo of front of check, then the back, and it loses the photo of the front. So you can't make the deposit. Fix this, add full function to bill pay and I'd go to 4 stars, maybe 5 if it's really good.

The app is OK except when it tells you what's available and it's wrong. Make sure you tap on your account to see what's really available. Nothing like being in the hole and not knowing it.

Couldn't use the mobile deposit feature because the buttons were not there!!! It doesn't even show My loan on My account if I wanted to make a payment!!! Drive thru closed at 6 and you can't make deposits at their ATM.

This app already requires too many permissions, and now you're forcing the update which requires contacts? Why do you need contacts? No, thank you. I'll be deleting this app.

This app is lacking. Attempting to transfer money is impossible as the number pad keeps disappearing as soon as you attempt to press any number. Also have issues with the mobile deposit feature sometimes where the app won't hold the photos of the check (you take a shot of the front and after taking one of the back, the front picture has disappeared from the app). With the "new" app, its no better! Won't focus. But the transfer issue is consistent and also is an issue on the S4.

It broke for me with an update several months ago. I've reported this to them and they've taken no action whatsoever.

Like the way the new updated app works looks better seems to work better if it only keeps working good this app needed a fresh look and the new update provided it like the fact that it shows balance and available balance the old version kept on crashing all the time so far the new version hasn't I'll update my rating if it continues to work like it should I'll gladly give five stars if the app keeps working properly

And it shows. With the recent android OS update I can no longer transfer money, the key board doesn't stay on the screen. Sent an email to tech support, has anyone else that's had problems?

The app worked perfectly fine, then phone updated to lollipop and it will not let me transfer money between my accounts. The number pad won't put the numbers in.

Needs a redesign badly. Also, when trying to do a transfer, when you type in the amount, the keyboard closes. You have to type it really fast.

I cant transfer money. This is the only issue I have with freedom first. I cant handle my accounts while on the run. Their mobile app NEVER works.

It asks for mobile phone, I put it in and says please put your mobile phone in. Weird!

This app DESPERATELY needs some serious upgrading.

The old app wasn't pretty but at least it worked. With the update the app restarts every time I click to add the check front or back. Mobile deposit is the only thing I use the app for so this "update" has rendered it useless.

Every time I attempt to login in it gives me an error message saying please enter your phone number. Definitely need to fix.

The ideo of this app is awesome. However, I am completely unable to deposit checks from my phone as there isnt even an option to like there is supposed to be. I have an lg g3 phone.

This app would be great if it worked. Keeps asking for my phone number to log in and when I enter it gives me an error telling me to enter the number. Cant seem to pick up that Im typing anything. Would be cool if it would log me in!! Useless at the moment!

Unlike making deposits with the teller , funds are not immediately available. With all deposits a hold might be placed, but usually my deposits are posted and available with a teller.

Doesn't show my loan or credit card accounts. On HTC one, can only transfer whole dollar amounts, not a huge deal, but annoying.

Is this app only for tablets? It doesn't display properly on my phone. I try to log in to online banking and see a broken page (or rather half of it, that I can't scroll to fully unveil) with a drop down list of mobile network carriers. I can't read the full page to see what I am supposed to be doing.

I hate to ask this but did anyone in the IT department actually test the app before releasing? Compared to other banks and credit union apps it is the worst. Doesn't show all accounts and very limited. Reminds me of something made about 10 years ago. Sorry keep trying.

Freezes when trying to snap image of back of check. Not impressed with 1990s design.

Does not have all of the tabs at bottom of app as shown on website?

Freezes up every time I take a picture of a check to deposit on a Samsung Galaxy S4. Seems to work okay on all other functions.
