Jabra Sport Life for Android
Shocked at how bad the update is. Way too inflexible to handle most types of exercise. For example, do you lift? Then, forget it. Unless you do it in the context of cross-fit, you can't design a plan in this app. It's lost so much functionality that it's pretty much useless to me now. OK for runs. If you actually cross train (as opposed to belonging to a cross-fit club) there's nothing here for you anymore.
STILL NOT FIXED 27.9.17 Worked fine. App now doesn't appear to be working with android 7. Sport pulse connect to phone fine. But do not connect to the app now meaning no heart rate monitor or tracking April 2017
Always disconnected , the app is perfect for me only for the first 10-15 mins of my workout, then disconnected. I've tried uninstall, reinstall, update the latest version, restart my device.. But it doesn't work. so I have to use my Jabra sport coach with other app like fitbit, nrc, fantastic, etc. Too bad
After 8/30 update, training plan changed dramatically. Why? And again cannot connect to app, have been trying for an hr now.
Terrible app. Horrible experience. Makes me regret buying these headphones, luckily things work much better if you remove the Jabra app.
Love the earphones. App is pretty good. I would of given it 5 stars however, the app doesn't allow me to add different weight exercises making it hard for me to track my progress in the gym.
Great app for sports. Would like a simple app also for just music and calls. Not always training...
Please fix the connection with Strava. There is a 403 forbidden message when using Google to connect
After update talks nonsense
Really good app, very well designed and works well with Sport Pulse. Recommended.
Made training pinning schedule wanted to train an extra day. Start button didn't work even after changing the schedule. No idea how to add a random training session of bodybuilding or plyometric. Even just to only see my heart rate without training. The VO thing.... thought it would be helpful with my asthma. Terrible complicated app if u ask me.
This RUINS everything! I'm an IT person yet this app is so unintelligible - UI is not working properly, hard to find stuffs in the menu, training CANCELS all of a sudden - that I felt like throwing the earphones! The only thing you can train here is your patience!
Great app, have all necessary features. But the training plan is useless, it's not dynamic. I expect that it changes my plan when I train in a rest day and changed the training effect for the following days according to my actual training effect. So the training plan is nothing more than a bad calendar/reminder feature
Come on Jabra after many updates the app still won't sync with other fitness services! It's a sport tracker in a Silo. There is no easy way to sync data with other fitness apps, other than Strava, but one of the really cool abilities the Sport Elite earbuds have is to auto count reps. The app even has a cross training tab... but Strava thinks everything is a run, so it's a stupid service to sync to. If you like tracking and compiling fitness data. I can't recommend the app and Jabra products until Jabra syncs with more fitness apps/communities. But hey they're last update save our audio profile... That's important.
I tired to use the app 2 times and it stops tracking after 2km without any reason. The app looks ok but it is not stable on my sony xperia xz. Very promising training but not working so far for me. Waiting for an update to fix this issue as I can't rely on the app and still need to use my garmin to track runs. Too bad. The Jabra elite sport intra are good but better if working with the app...
When I got them they worked perfectly however recently it seems to provide inaccurate information. Today I ran for 27 minutes and it told me I had done less than 3km however my Samsung app said just under 5km.....find this very odd. Also same run used to be same result as Samsung so not sure what changed but a bit disappointed as a great kit!!
Missing a few important features, such as syncing with other apps (UA record, My fitness pal, Google Fit, Endomondo etc. ). Missing sports modes other than cardio (weight lifting, cross training etc. ). GPS cannot be deactivated even if it shows as deactivated for a simple tracking in the gym, and it used to be deactivated. With the plethora of fitness apps, Jabra should have made one that stands out, or at the very least mimics what the others have. And it should play with the others - inter-app syncing should be a must.
I love this app but since update my runs are not tracking correctly. Just got a black line from start and huge sections missing. Please fix so I can love it again.
The app works well but I have not yet found a way to have it sync any information with Google Fit. This means that I will only use the Jabra Elite Sport ear buds for music which is unfortunate because that makes half of the features of these ear buds basically irrelevant.
It lacks serious features and needs a more customizable home screen. It's exceedingly limited and also needs to do an I cloud backup and info migration to strava, Garmin, etc
I use this app to track my heart rate at the gym. Since there is no other "just track" option and I really don't want to create a circuit for every time I'm at the gym (it's never the same anyway) , I had created a cardio activity that used to just track me over time and give me some pretty decent feedback on the intensity etc., could nicely analyze at which points my heart rate went up. Since a recent update, however, this workout also tries to track my distance and then keeps telling me that my vo2max is drastically decreasing (well obviously I'm not walking that much). That's quite annoying because for when I do run the vo2max is determined correctly and the plot is totally messed up and I can't really track my progress. I would like for there to be an option to just track heart rate and turn off other features like vo2max detection for certain workouts! Also heart rate readings seem inaccurate at times (I recently had supposedly 55 during a HIIT workout) but I'm not sure if that's a problem of the software or imperfect placement of the ear bud.
Tried first time to record VO2 but it just Terminated at the end of 15 minutes. I tried again but it failed again in another 15 minutes.
Doesn't recognise the new v2 elite sport , just says 'disconnected' even though i'm playing music through them!
Jabra Pulse earphones are connected to phone via Bluetooth and recognized by other apps as a HR monitor - however - appears as disconnected in the dedicated Jabra app. Have tried, diconnected, forgetting, resetting - but no joy.
Easy to use, seems to show reliable data (used with Samsung S7 Edge and compared to my Polar V800 training watch) and has very useful functions for training analysis. The training programs could be a bit more customizable though. Race time predictions seem very accurate as they are close to my actual results. Paired with the amazing Jabra Sport Elite earphones this app is an excellent training companion!
It's a good app with a ear based heart monitor and provides a comprehensive workout plan after monitor your activity for 3 or more test cycles. The voice commands are useful. There are many features I have not used it. But, it helped me get started quickly.
My phone connect to my jabra pace but. The app disconnected
Find this a excellent app. Just wish you could add extra exercises to the cross training as many exercises I would like to add are not in the list
Can not download the firmware update, failed all the time
Great earbuds, terrible app.
Would be good if it didn't crash when performing a fitness testing.
It was fine until i update the app this morning. Now it crashes whenever i try to look at the history. Please fix this problem! 16 May 17 update- seems to have fixed the access history crash issue. Well done.
Crashes when accessing a workout from history..... fix please. I use it for running connected with strava. Works.-- issues fixed good again
Very bad tracking and unreliable information. For the price you pay, you would've thought ull get normal support for your expensive equipment
Crashes on history every time. What's the point of this app if I can't access what I've done? FIX THIS!!!!!!
Would like an auto pause, ability to know what time it is in read outs, also would like to have the ability to add notes to activity. Ex- which shoes I wore, how I felt etc etc.
Features are fine, but it just stops tracking after about 5 minutes, making it frustrating rather than useful.
Just stops working mid walk. Waste of time.
Crashes as for many when accessing history.

Automatic backup for Android does not work have to manually upload to google drive. When try adding to the accounts phone freezes and the account can't be added. Scheduled workout modes does not stop after the time expires. Certain exercises don't keep count such as crunches with rotation no matter how they are being done. Please fix ASAP. Google Pixel
