Does not allow me to see text messages or call logs. Only says ERROR MESSAGE and crashes. Had tested for 3 months +
Great service and great application. Please add the block phone number to application and the app will be perfect. Is inconvenient to block unwanted call from website.

This app is a gamechanger and is the reason I have currently switched the phone service I use to keep in touch with patients.

I have using evoice for my small business for a couple of years. I am very happy with it. Customer service is always very helpful. I would like to recommend that the only thing that could be improved is the time it takes for an incoming call number to show up on the app and the number you are dialing doesn't display while calling. When u r running a sales business time is of an issue waiting for the incoming call number to show up if not answered right away. The rest is awesome and helps me to look prof
Good app and once they fix a few issues it will be great. Sometimes calls don't come through (you'll see them in call log later). Notifications work off and on (more off than on). I wish they would get the capability to have callers select from various departments. Overall, good app and much better than the other company I'm still paying for because it's my main number and had department selection for callers.
SCAM SCAM They say there's a 30 day free trial, but it isn't. And they will NOT refund your money. Ive tried over a month with no results.SCAM SCAM
This app is a scam, it does not offer call VIA the app as they claim in their website, the app use the cell phone line to make calls only that it only mask the called ID.
I'm never able to retrieve a call. It rings and then hangs up I think I may discontinue my service.
The eVoice service is great. It has been great in the launch of our small business. The app is very good also. It would be useful if it could integrate with the phone in a way that when you click a number, you are prompted to dial using the eVoice app, like other voice apps allow.
This company is awesome and having the Android app for it is perfect. Seamless use no glitches that I've encountered, yet. Love love love it. Guess what, my company has a 800 number. Thanks Evoice!
Love the SMS features but always a surprise with billing.
Works well. Let's me have a second line. Helps with marketing. Love the messages going to my email.

We are a 24 hour roadside assistance and towing/recovery service. My employer was drowning in phone calls being the only person answering the phone and he wasn't sure about spending thousands up front on a phone system. After a little research I ran across evoice. I set up a basic system in about an hour and fine tuned it over a couple of weeks. We've been using it for a year now and have no complaints. Great service, great price.
While it offers you any number Nationwide as well as unlimited free calling across the United States as well as other North American countries such as Caribbean Nations and Canada. It has and easy to use voicemail system as well as a good 411 directory and 611 service. While I prefer Google Voice and also pay the $9 95 for an annual magicJack subscription which has the same Services as this however it also offers syncing with other devices and makes it full short just a little bit.
I have a KSU = key system unit in my home. Yes, it does have auto attendant up to 5 levels, voice mail, etc. I also use eVoice so I can select extra numbers and also use the eVoice app. My Norstar phone system allows using a app, etc. Right now, I do not want to spend the extra money for a hosted PBX system in the cloud. I do have all the Polycom VVX 1500 IP phones. I am waiting to find the right control unit before I begin using the Polycom VVX 1500's. eVoice is a excellent solution for many SOHO.
Absolutely terrible. Not always tell me if i missed a call, in fact it would mark as if i picked up. Also i get notifications that I've got a message only 40% of the time. How am i supposed to run a business if i don't know who called and that someone messaged me. I've lost so many customers. Terrible. Fix the bugs.
Like the phone service but the app is terrible. It doesn't always notify of messages even though all settings are turned on for notifications. App. Force closes quite a bit. When you use the app for business and don't have access to it, extremely frustrating. Absolutely terrible
I added text capability to my number. It worked for about a month. All of a sudden it stopped working. I have not been able to send or receive text messages through the app. I have called and complained and they say that they are still working on the issue. It has now been 3 weeks. I dont understand why it would take this long to fix it and they have yet to give an explanation. I would like to dump these people but they get to keep your number if you haven't imported it. So keep that in mind.
I believe they sold my number to telemarketers because I keep getting random calls from different numbers, and when I call back its the same message every time. "If you would like to be placed on the 'do not call' list from the number that called...." seriously that's upsetting if its the case because this service is not unlimited for me. So I'm using minutes every time I call one of those scam artists back.
They have overcharged my credit card 3 months straight with no explanation. You cannot personalize your voice mail to state your company name. The app almost never rings my phone when someone is calling. All I received was a notification saying I have a missed call. It takes 20 minutes or more to get someone on the phone from customer service every time I called. If I didn't put my evoice number on my business cards I would have been dropped this app.
I paid for it for months without using it because I everytime I called I got put on hold for 20 plus minutes.
I like this app a lot, but sometimes when I try to play back a voice message it will take me hitting the play button a few times for the message to play.
Pretty good has not worked a few times but on average it's OK. Maybe can use some bug fixes?
Training is inadequate, customer service is hit or miss. concept is great.
Love that it has a good connection and writes out voicemail messages. Only thing I dislike is the lag.

Awesome app. I save more money using this app than when I was using RingCentral (which also has physical IP phones). We use this app for residential calls/text. I love the IVR, Call Transfer, Call Recording and many more features. We have had zero problems with the app and service.
