Slide for Android
Wonderful. One thing that doesn't work is the two finger drag to scroll. I'm using an NVIDIA Shield K1 and it definitely takes multiple touch inputs.
Not only does the app on both of my devices( a galaxy note 3 and a HTC M9)not work, meaning it wont let me go to the screen where i use the touch screen, will only take me as far as the options, and even says listening through usb, but the windows slide application also will not open. I have reinstalled it twice, but whenever i click to open it, nothing happens. So overall, everything failed. Massive disappointment since I really wanted to be able to use my note as a tablet.
Integration is horrible. Don't waste your money.
I have not even use the app yet but it's so sleek so clear to understand I had purchased the app not knowing I had the funds to do so wondering if I'm regretting my purchase I realize there is a refund option never had seen this before and I think it's a developer option so thank you for adding a refund button even thokugh I am Not Responding myself I am simply stating that that is an awesome option
The app does not launch and send message like this: 'Unfortunately, Slide has stopped working' my device is Galaxy Note 5
Why isn't it working for offline work? ):<
Can't download the windows app as chrome says it's malware!
Followed all available help and cant even get Slide to open up on windows, it just opens a DOS box and seems to install something then nothing happens after that.
Great app! I use it with sketchbook pro on my PC/Galaxy Note Pro 12.2. This app will be incredibly amazing once you can incorporate screen mirroring. Is it possible to incorporate the feature so that the black screen doesn't become affected by your Palm resting within the drawing area while using the S-PEN? Is it possible to incorporate a feature that lets you manually select which location Slide should look for (listen to) for the connection? I prefer using USB over WiFi, but it won't detect ADB over USB in the java window, yet, the list of devices does show it present (while on wifi and USB connected, nothing detects when only on USB). Not sure what the problem is at this point. I believe that some great advancements could be made to this amazing app if it had a "hybrid baby" between itself and gfxTablet's design (this app wont actually draw for me just mouse move, yet it has a sweet drawing area design and transparency to the canvas option to overlay/underlay images or in this case the screen mirroring aspect we all want for this.
I have just bought a wacom intuos pro small and wanted to see how I liked the idea of this pen-to-pc format worked. Took me a little bit (too much) of fiddling to actually get it to work but I did. I liked the concept, (it even worked) even though my samsung Tab 4 7" was the limiting factor in this. I was also only using a very cheap rubber stylus, yet it still performed fine! Consider this a donation as I probably won't use it again but appreciate app developers like you, great work!
I keep getting "Please install Java" messages. I'm on OS X 10.10.5 and installing Java v66. Still doesn't work after a restart. The app just keeps telling me I need Java even though it works in webpages...
I downloaded the free version, and worked fine. So I decided to buy this version.... For more options, and guess what... It doesn't work. When I opened the app.... It says "unfortunately, Slide has stopped" installed and un installed and installed again.... Doesn't work. I have Note5
Even though it said "don't review untik you've tried it." No matter how many times I tried to reinstall the app itself and the bunch of utilities needed for it to work it never opened. Crashed upon me trying to open the app, even though I followed all the steps on every available readme from the developers. Complete waste of time!
This app is great! I bought it mostly to use it like a tablet for osu and it works great, but sometimes I accidentally pull down the drop down bar at the top or the settings bar and it messes me up :/ so could you make a setting to disable it because I want to play osu without the difficulty. Thanks.
First of all I was super happy to find this and that it actually works pretty accurate. There is just 1 things that bugs me.. It crashes my adobe illustrator. Can't even do one stroke and AI stops working. Photoshop however works just fine so maybe it is an error on my end but I just can't figure it out. Please let me know if you know something about that. 5 starts once it's fixed;)
I am trying to use this app to do some digital art projects. I am having a problem with the desktop application, that is, it won't start. When I try to run the application it opens a "run" window for a second and looks like it is trying to connect to something but then it just closes. I have tried connecting my phone by USB and Wi-Fi, I have made sure it was on debug mode with developer mode on. I have double checked to make sure my phone was listed on my network, but still nothing. I have done everything I can think of. Please help.
It connected over wifi straight away without having to install Samsung Kies, USB drivers etc. S Pen support is nice as well and works well with Lightroom. The only thing missing is absolute positioning - I'd like to be able to map my tablet to one of my monitors or may be a custom screen area.
Trying to get the app to work. I looked at the troubleshooting and followed the directions. Nothing is working as of yet. Please help?
I previously wrote a review that praised the app but lamented the lack of S-Pen support. Now it's here and I really could not be happier with it. Fantastic work, Loren!
Spen fixed. Yay! No five star because settings aren't intuitive. Really not sure what exactly the settings do.

For the functions that I use, absolute (my screen is basically the computer screen, Idk how to explain, but you should add an absolute option, it's useful in many ways. Other than that, great app!
Integration is horrible. Don't waste your money.
Excellent
Haven't had any issues with this great app honestly. I use it with sketchbook pro on my pc. Tried using it with Autodesk's Maya for Artisan 3D painting but it lagged badly there so I scrapped using it there, figured it's a design limitation. This app will be incredibly amazing once you can incorporate screen mirroring within the drawing area rather than having to look away at a monitor. Feels odd drawing that way. Small learning curb.is it possible to incorporate the feature so the black screen doesn't become affected by your Palm resting within the drawing area while using the S-PEN? Also you may want to check the apps compatability/layout when used in large table's like Samsung Galaxy Note Pro's, you don't get the "return to" black screen button up top if u pull out the settings menu after you start drawing like you do on phone's.
Hey i bought this app to help me in some school work like modeling, i like this app which can assist me in digitally drawing my work with my note 4, but i really look forward for a better way to link my device to the computer, because it might be abit troublesome bringing my usb connector with me everywhere, so i am very excited looking forward for the bluetooth feature!!
First of all - The "S-Pen" portion is misleading. I purchased this with the S-Pen part in mind as there are very few devices that have S-Pens - and zero other "USB" apps that work like this that support S-Pen (almost all others are wireless in some fashion). I misread the "supported devices" link and thought I saw that the Galaxy Note 10.1 was supported (was "NOT" supported). I had attempted to do the refund within the 2 hours when I was notified that it wouldn't be processed over email. As for the non S-Pen portion of the app - it worked exactly as described over USB - flawless (Hence the 3 star review - I'm trying to be fair as my expectations were skewed on purchase - how is the note 10.1 the only S-Pen device not supported?) Author - any chance you could just update the description to add the "NOT SUPPORTED" devices at the very least so other people don't make this mistake?

Most things work. Can't really test pressure sensitivity because for some reason, enable spen is greyed out. I hope this is fixed soon. Love it that the developer responds to reviews. That's nice
I really want this to work, but it's not. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 that I'd like to use as a drawing tablet on my Windows 7 computer. I installed Kies3, the S-Pen SDK, and took care of all the other installation instructions. My computer and Kies both recognize the device and say it is working, and all the drivers installed correctly (after a lot of troubleshooting). However, Slide continues to say "No devices detected", and pressing Alt-A isn't opening anything (as the troubleshooting page on the website suggested). I've checked firewalls, tried multiple USB cords, etc... I'm not sure what else could be the problem. Help would be appreciated...
Now waiting for screen mirroring... and my Note 3 will be even closer to proffesional graphic tablet... haha! (Will use mainly with photoshop... i really needed an app like that) Thank you! :)
I'm refunding this app because after an hour of trying to connect using the free version (over network and the USB) I hoped the paid version might work for me but to no avail. I really wanted this to work! I tried everything!
I tried three apps. This one not only works with every system but also has great flexibility and response. Path drawing is priceless! Thanks for the app. Only problem is that app doesn't store all settings and I have to setup some parameters (pressure sensitivity) every time. Requests: 1. Shortcut icon for clear screen 2. Adjustable drawing window on server side 3. Reserve some corner on the tablet to perform left/right click with thumb of second hand. This will help users to draw with any stylus/finger and on pressure-irresponsible screen. 4. Also it will be nice to let user lay his/her wrist somehow. (maybe assume second touch to be pen when multi-touch is recognized)
Great developer. Fixed issues almost immediately. App is working wonderfully. Just needs s - pen support otherwise well with the money.
I am not a drawing tablet user, but I see the benefits of using my android tablet for quick drawings on the screen. The pressure mode clicking isn't natural enough for switching between navigating the mouse, and drawing. I'm thinking S-Pen support will resolve this? Keep up the good work!
Simple, easy to use. Looking forward to S-pen support. Bought full version to support development of said feature.
Since I got the full version, my usb mode just disappered... :( But still great work !
I bought the full version for the absolute positioning, but I can't change the sensitivity in that mode. I understand that you have to be able to reach the whole computer screen, but I wish I had to move the pen less in order to do that (I use it for Osu). Other than that, the app works fine, I was surprised by its speed.
Used it my Samsung Note 8.0 and it works great. Am able to draw in Photoshop using my pen. Just remember to activate Pressure Mode. So glad I'm able to use my tablet as an input device for my computer! App is worth $10 or more easily -- grab it while you can!
