Total cheaters!! Till the money is paid they are calling frequently. After money is paid, we are slave for them. Nobody responds. Even the offers they made before money is paid is not honoured. Very horrible service!

Too complicated to use for most users. Especially the messages part is very complex to use and understand. And profile info page is not directly linked to communication history, making it extremely difficult to follow up. BharatMatrimony app is way better designed. Please improve the design, it's frustrating.

More than 1000+ u send messages less than 400 read and 1 useless answers. This is real experience not a statistic. Most of them are fake profiles or outdated. They just source some useless profiles from somewhere and waste our time. And very greedy for money. The app is crap.. don't know why they demand money
