IRCTC Train Booking & Indian Railways PNR Status

This new update is really bad it is not at all showing the full quotas at least senior citizen quota should have been shown

T like this travel help app and suggested to use it but when I am using lacking some features that is meal on train and live station train

New updated version has some problem for adding the PNR .

SS LOWER BIRTH NOT SHOW I AM NOT HAPPY ITS VERRY IMPORTANT

Why I need 2 share the ixigo app with my friend to get ad free for a month. If your app is that much Good, then what's the requirement of recommending and sharing.

There is no option of senior citizens qouta in new update. Please add it again

Make a live widget for the app Only live train status . It will make the app again number 1

Some features are very good but some lags too

This is the worst update I have ever seen. Some stations are missing. It says invalid code. Please bring this app back to normal. EDIT No I'm using the latest version and it is showing error in codes of some stations. Hope you fix it soon.

Unable to add trip/PNR, it says PNR Not found... Hahahah.. I feel pity on these developers. And one more thing please add 18310 train in your database the main reason of pnr failure is this only.

Its worst bcoz i got many problems. Regarding running train status updates. Its didnt show the actual location, last past station time, misleading i.e it was not even at the station but it showed its already past that station.

It has been the top most app fr trains... bt latest update has made it worst... ixigo has been my fav app bt this update is really made me disappointed... search option is main problem.. plz make it as waz earlier..

Takes times to load reviews...better option will be to remove this option. gud or bad ..people still travel by the same train...no oher optio n available ..instead it takes time to load reviews which is headache in places having poor net connectivity...reviews should be on user descretion..

Dear Team Ixigo, Thanks for introducing such an amazing app, accomplishing all usual needs, which can easily be used by even a senior citizen. I was using both irctc official app as well as another famous app so far. When I tried to book a ticket through the official app last time, I lost my money without the ticket. Here, transactions are being done through wallets like paytm , even if we select netbanking options. Similarly, there is no direct link to irctc for the other one. We are forced to call agents for tickets, the fulfilment of which may not be positive. One thing I found different is that the OTP sent by the bank is automatically reflected in the system. This generates doubts against the protection of privacy of the bank details.

Once I have updated the app, the trains search list not working properly. I have entered the correct train number and date but not listing the trains. Please test the app once providing the updates. But I like the app. Thanks

Its too good but need to work like google maps for more satisfaction and accurate results in tracking location with so should suggest some reliable hotels to order food and some necessary things need in long journey, Would make this app great.

I just book my ticket from lko to gkp form your app and balance deduce for the transaction but I didn't get my booking status and msg of ticket . Now there is no option for check the booking history... Please... resolve my prblm....

Kindly pls add feature of lower berth quota... as in old version ...It was best . But now after update gone waste. Coz not showing lower berth QUOTA in Trains . Kindly pls add lower berth quota.

I had booked tickets from Surat to Nagpur. Amount was deducted from my account but ticket wasn't booked. How could I connect to you for my queries? There is no helpline number give. I want a reply from you...

Very useful in finding trains and availability and it's probability with great accuracy. I want one more feature to provide alternate trains or buses for the asking journey which may be greatly useful to passengers.

Worst app i have ever used, i am trying to know current train status nd ths app showing 4 hrs before status.... Huhhhh

I m in just love with this app. I have previously used 2 more railway apps but this one is on another level. Marvelous job guys. In a single page u show fare + availability + timings + late info !! Hats off to the Developers. UI very friendly as well

Now a days this apps is worst app. Time table showing absolutely wrong & even not showing. Last time i have rating gvn 5 star but now this apps not able to gotted 1 ratting

Very good app. Railway alarm not working properly. Running status , crossing all stations are not available. Only crossing major stations are listed. But excellent app among all railway apps.

After using all train apps found this is the best one but now it's not doing good it is inaccurate showing running status of any train I found 30min difference what you people are this not the accuracy .

Prediction of ticket confirmation is not correct many times. Needs improvement in this issue. No ads please !!

Best app to book trains in India! Very good and east to use interface. It also flashes useful and important informations about the booked train!!

This app is awesome but 1 issue with it that this app sometimes not working properly when we search current train running status... Please work on this... Otherwise this is good app for train enquiry

Best app I use this app daily to check train status..only problem is when the train is in between stations status is not accurate..kindly fix it.

Don't try to install this f…king app. Money got deducted but seat not booked.Money not refunded. Even they are putting service charge for your every booking..

मेरे खाते से पैसे डेबिट हो गए लेकिन टिकट नही निकला ,और कोई सपोर्ट भी नही है इनका, बकवास है इनका सॉफ्टवेयर। 3 दिन हो गए इनको मेल कर कर के परेशान हो गया, अभी मेरे पैसे 1230 रुपये refund नही किया। आप सभी यूजर से निवेदन है कि ये पैसे डेबिट कर वापस नही देता आज 7 days हो गए लेकिन अभी तक वापस नही हुए ,

It's basically a farce, just a reason to have ads and earn revenue for practically doing nothing. It took forever for my PNR status to be checked and finally when it was done they couldn't process it.

I have booked tikit from these app & transaction is complete but #PNR status showed ....please help ? Or any inquiry no. Other than IrTc
