Pedometer for Android
This app is good for a general outline of your walking. Not the most percise, it will sometimes count steps when in car. The app has an activities function, so you can get a more precise count for actual exercise. Overall I like it. Low permissions and decent tracking. 4/5 :)
Of the pedometer apps I've tried this one is great as it's always counting your steps and it shows you the current steps when you drag down the status bar (on Lollipop). Only downside is that if your phone crashes or reboots you loose the steps for the day.
Options doesn't let me increase my goal steps significantly. I can't manually input goal steps and the number scroll is slow.
So far I like it and have little to complain about granted I'm not a big time runner and mainly want to start a simple jogging routine. The only thing that I dislike is that I have to scroll the numbers for my step goal, it would be easier if we could manually enter it in via the numerical option like I can for my weight. Edit: I'm a doof I had to hold it longer to activate the manual function.
This app is picking up me barely moving the phone. Please allow to adjust sensitivity. I like that it doesn't kill the battery but I might go back to one that does a little for more accuracy
Reformatted my phone and my history didn't carry over.
Does the free Version use hardware sensor for lg g2?
The design is great and the app is really easy to use.
I could not turn it off while driving. I got 1000 steps driving to the bank and back. Poor interface
No way to start the pedometer. Does not start automatically so should have a plan. Removing app.
I do a lot of waking with my job and I was curious to see exactly how much. This app is not accurate at all. Walked all day and it says I took 146 steps. Tried it for 2 weeks and figured I'd give it one more try only to be disappointed. A beautiful layout doesn't help when the app doesn't work. Uninstalling
Love this simple yet useful app battery usage is almost nil. Great job !!
Lightweight, good-looking and low power. Great app!
I follow this app every time. But found bug when i was traveling in bus and that time i was standing. It recorded total distance bus took to travel. I think this cannot be solved though, i liked this app very much. 5 star if you guys really overcome this issue.
Any chance on being able to export data to Google fit?
I walk 2.5 miles a day.. This says I walked 97 steps.. Will change rating if there is a way to make it work as described. As is, I have no use for it..
Is there a list of all devices with built in step counter?
Right now it's 1pm. I've been sitting on my couch all day and it claims I've walked 7,000 steps or so. In addition, the numbers for the past few days are incorrect.
When scrolling down history

Easy 5 stars for design, function and overall ease of use.
Uninstalling asap
You should add an option to put the counter on pause when the phone is charging.
Very good app, been using it for a day only but no noticeable problems and the battery was not drained as well. UI really neat and clean with visible information. Can recommend to anyone who is interested in checking their daily distance they walk and how it calculates into calories. A note to developer...Keep up the good work :D
Don't know why, but sometimes if I turn off my phone the counter resets. Used to be a 5 stars app. Edit: read a developer reply, if the phone is not shut down via power button, the event won't be broadcasted. It would be good if the app saved your steps to history maybe every hour or so.
Only issue I have is when changing time zones, the step counter is reset.
U need to fix an issue with this at least once a week it will reset at midnight and say I walked over 200 million or billion steps then the day after it says that it won't start counting steps for hours or until the next day but it will show in history it was counting steps
Helps me keep track of how many miles I run/walk everyday. Not to mention it packs a very beautiful, material interface! 5/5
Nice looking and functional overall but crashes occasionally. One, opening history page and scrolling down causes app to crash. Two, whenever I use xposed gesture control to activate power menu and reboot my phone, app tells me my phone is not rebooted normally and i should use power button. Nexus 5 stock4.4.4 . [Edit: Thanks for your clarification! For the past two days I accessed History page a few times without app crashing on me however it did crash once, or twice while in the background. Not really a big issue but if it can be fixed this would be a perfect app. Thank you:) ]
Its a great app but Plz Plz add a widget to show step count then I'll give 5 star
Fix it
Is there a reset button? For some reason I can't seem to find it
Does exactly what it says on the tin, records your steps with a nice interface and very little battery drainage. The ability to record individual activities is also nice
Phone crashes every once in a while and this app doesn't save counts at all if that happened. No fail safe to keep track of my numbers.
Looks amazing.
High quality and easy to use
Everything great! Simple and useful app without any unneeded function, so no extra battery drains like in analogue app. Except crashing on history scrolling — nasty bug.. Nexus 5
Works really well. You should integrate it with google fit
Love the new design. Has worked great for me in the past without any noticeable battery drainage.
