Very hard to use. Even Martin's employees not much help. Scanning Martin's Card much simpler and saver.

The app will not recognize my name and card number. The app will not allow me to access any information. This is very frustrating.

Doesn't work with click and save coupons. Doesn't work with fuel points. Doesn't give you a barcode for your Advantage Card. What does it do?

App don't work .

I don't understand the advantage of having this app, other than it might come in handy if you lose you Martin's card. Loyalty points are already printed on your receipts and it tells you far less than a sale flyer. No digital coupons or opportunity to have anything different for having the app. Will probably uninstall in a week or two.

Does nothing does not display loyalty card fot scanning. Does not work with cents off ads in their flyer. Forget it!

R70%
by R####:

I entered my card number and that worked. But the "smart value" tab shows nothing. I can't select a "preferred store" or see any loyalty points. And have to go to the website to see the weekly ads? Not very useful really.

Would like to have coupons automatically available online to be placed on card for check out. Kroger has this availability

What's the point of an app that just takes you to the store website? I see no point to this app. Thanks for nothing Martian's

Not much

9 times out of 10 asks for zip code then says "not found" - then runs through a list of stores in neighboring towns. FINALLY found link to correct circular... except it's a list of departments instead. Click on yet another link to circular and it loops around another circle again. Very slow, frustrating, & makes me want to shop someplace else.

Used to like the app...now its getting uninstalled. Cant look at the entire af anymore; have to select each category one at a time. Too slow. Why do I have to select the store before the ad anyway?

D70%
by D####:

App not loading the map portion, so I can't even see the specials!!

This app us more trouble than its worth. Instead of making it simple to browse the local ad, you have to jump though hoops just to find the store you want. Once you get to the ads, you have to click each section separately. I like that as an option, but I would much rather be able to flip through everything at once instead of having to go to each category.

Having only used this app for a very short time, I can say that it covers both fronts. It is useful, to a point by helping you to find your local store, as well as allowing you to view the circular in it's entirety. On the other hand, there's a lot this little app could use to make it much better overall. To start, the app could have an integrated mobile version of the weekly ad made specifically for the small screen as the current version is a bit of a chore to work with. Another idea would be an integrated shopping list and barcode scanner to scan the groceries and check them off or add them to the list complete with correct pricing for all items updated as needed for sales and special events. Since each Martin's has WiFi access, this would be a great feature not only for smartphone users, but also shoppers who have a tablet device. They could scan their groceries either on the day they go to the store before they go, or they could scan items in store as needed and the app would keep a running total. Store maps would be a plus, but shoppers familiar with the store would know the layout anyway.

Click on a pin on the map and goes to random store. Store numbers not listed. (Not too important). Store pictures not accurate. Good for directions and for ad view. Martin's is a great modern grocery store but with a mediocre app, disappointed I guess. Barcode scanner with integrated shopping list would be awesome.
