Anyone in Indiana (ages 2+) can now see a highly skilled Indiana University (IU) Health doctor or provider through an online live video with the IU Health Video Visits from 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week (holiday hours may vary).

IU Health Video Visits is a secure, trusted alternative that works with your busy schedule to bring you and your family convenient access to our doctors and providers without having to go to a doctor’s office or minute clinic. You will interact with our providers via live, high-quality video and receive a diagnosis and instructions for treatment. You can even refill prescriptions.


Video Visits can be used for, but not limited to, the following symptoms:

· Asthma

· Back pain

· Bladder and urinary tract infection

· Congestion

· Cough

· Fever

· Flu

· Hives and rashes

· Insect bites

· Nausea and vomiting
