Did only work for a very short time, then I got an error about some streaming limit being exceeded! Wanted to log in again, but it wouldn't even remember my email address! Surely it will remembered my credit card details when I paid the 3.99! Please guys, get that to work! I also sent a message through the app, but got no reply! This is dreadful!!!

Utter rubbish!! Paid 3•99 for the holiday pass as me and the girlfriend are missing love island, doesn't even work just comes up with a playback error!! Utter rubbish, refund please!!

Ripoff - why would I ever want to pay for ITV? Just as well I left the youview box on so I can watch when I get home a nd skip the ads and boring bits.

I think this app is prodigious and functional. Whenever I tap the app, the front page takes only 7 seconds to load. Everything and every show that I have tried to load works perfectly with no ads or signal interuptions! Those of you who complain about things like scams, such as paying money and nothing working, well it doesn't happen to me. I am a programmer and head of cyber security network at a company. I have studied all the consequences and I know how to resolve them if it hapens on my hardware or software that I use. Overall, excellent app!

I've wasted not only €3.99 on this app but a lot of my precious holiday time trying to get it to work! Error after error. Installed so many times but still not working. I want my money back!

Didn't work at first, but updated the app and now it's working grand in Rhodes, Greece. Kept me up to date with love island!!!

It was always very unstable and recently it stopped working. So I now access itv essentials site through chrome which is very slow anyway so I am considering to stop my subscription and ask for a refund. So annoyed with itv...

Wish I had read the reviews first before downloaded this app as it does not work nor do they reply to emails when you complain

Plays for 30 seconds then freezes. Got 10mbs internet. Useless, waste of 4euros.

It's OK not too sure about payments as the itv app is the best media TV channel going, I would like to know if you could possibly do a download for your favourite TV on most apps the outcome would be fantastic thanks once again

I downloaded this ontomy samsung tablet and everytime I try to watch something it keeps crashing and then just shows the error message, as I have paid for this, this needs to be fixed

I downloaded this app while on holiday in Greece so that my husband and I could watch catch up TV in the evening. We paid the subscription and only managed to watch 3 or 4 episodes of Emmerdale and it refuses to play anything else.In this day and age of technology it can't be that difficult to invent a TV app that does what it says on the tin. As uk TV licence payers frankly I think we deserve better !!

ITV advertise this app during ads when corrie and emmerdale is on making out its the next big thing, it always freezes. At least the been got their iplayer right and allows downloading. I'll stick with using a big sat dish or use a vpn.

Wouldn't mind paying for this if it worked. I managed to watch while abroad but only with huge difficulty - frequent freezing, blurred screen etc, in few minutes or few seconds bursts. My device works perfectly for emails and other stuff so think technical hitches should be sorted.

I first download 6 months ago and it was dreadful, did not work at all. Just tried it again 6 months later and different phone and its dreadful, does not work at all. You would think ITV would actually do something about it

Waste of time, money and effort. Ok you want emmerdale and corrie but that's it! Nothing else worth watching is available. A con from itv. Don't bother!
