TransFollow

TransFollow is the standard for the electronic consignment note. TransFollow enables consignors, logistics service providers and consignees to enter, exchange, sign and follow consignment notes using a single uniform, standardised, secure interface.

The TransFollow app allows senders to transfer a shipment to a carrier and consignees to take care of the administration involved in receiving a shipment. The process in brief: once the sender indicates on his app that the shipment has been transferred, a unique code (series of figures or QR code) is displayed on the app. By entering this code in his on-board computer, the carrier agrees to take receipt of the shipment. When it is delivered to the consignee, he in turn obtains a unique code on his app to ‘sign’ for receipt on the carrier’s on-board computer. This completes the administrative process!
