Excellent recoding app

Good app

This was a good app. Could have always used an option to incorporate the date/time into the filename created, but other than that major lack, was an okay recording platform. In the past few months, the program will stop recording or reboot, with no signal....and then the recording that had been made is lost forever. It'll say recording in progress in the system pulldown, but then when you go now into it, it'll be a new recording session. Off to find a better option.

Core functionality of noise reduction is fantastic. Using the app to record small snippets and sharing the notes. The new background playback helps a lot to listen to recordings within the application.

The previous version which I am very familiar with gets a 5 star rating. I need more time with the updated version. I will modify my rating again if necessary.

I didn't have to click okay on each and every picture I take and then have to zoom in again for each and every picture taken!!! Please fix this!!!

Good quality of sound and recording but there are glitches. Sometimes, the sound fluctuates or stops resulting to a cut in the words spoken.

I found it really simple yet powerful. Noise suppression works flawlessly. Been using it to record conference sessions in big auditoriums. With other apps the audio recordings were not useful, but with this app I can easily follow the lecture. Simple to use, and also backs up recordings to Dropbox.

Amazing noise reduction on my Huawei Mate 9. The noise reduction is amazing. I find the car mode the best. Easily worth the money for the pro version.

It has all the necessary features you need in a recording app.

This would be the absolute perfect app if it consisted of features in which allowed importing songs from phone's library as well as auto tuning to alter your voice

Best Noise reduction recorder in the store. With photos and editing options it is a must have recorder.

The new version has ui "Enhancements" that lose all of the functionality I came to expect from the old version. The biggest annoyance is that navigating away from the main page causes you to lose the recording. It doesn't even save what's been recorded up to that point, just all gone. Secondly, there is no longer a bar to let you skip through the recording, so it's play from start or nothing. Nor is there a pause button when playing, so you can't stop while playing and restart from where you left off at. This has been a major downgrade for this app.

My comment before all the changes: (This app always has & still perform very well. I eliminates background noise & picks up voice well, even in large areas.) But NOW, I only wish I could have the "old faithful" version back. The one I could always count on. I work in a very fast pace position. Instructions are blurted out and I've got to be able to gather & perform them. So I'd record instructions. Now, I record & go back to listen and it's GONE! NO RECORD OF WHAT I JUST RECORDED! Currently USELESS! -Note5

Text on rename doesn't recognize "_" (though says it does) so use a dash. Doesn't accept spaces at all on renames and category names yet did before on old version. Rename bug: This and previous version often pulls up random file when clicking rename for your file - watch carefully to not rename wrong file. Stops playing on blank screen making playback edits difficult. Also suggest option to remain open while recording (block screen time out while recording.)

It's good apart from it cannot record direct to SD card which is a major drawback as several longer recordings fill up my (mid-range) phone's memory causing problems operating the phone or downloading/updating apps. I have to manually move recordings across to my SD card.

I've used this app for years. It has features that none of the others have.

Bought this pro version but unable to use external microphone, please to add mic sources for external mic in preferences.

It has good noise suppression. Issue is that it stops recording suddenly and does not save the file. Happens if recording for longer than 45 min or so.

Since the update you can't listen to recordings with the screen off. That means that if you record an hour long lecture, but your phone screen times out in 60 seconds, then that means you only get to listen to 60 seconds of your hour long recording. I suppose you could change your phone screen to always stay on, but that will drain your battery quickly... lame!... I emailed the app developer and heard no response back... I'm switching to another recording app until this is fixed.

I wish I could have the option of it to save recordings on my SD card rather than on my internal memory.

The previous version of this app was great. Never had a problem and it never crashed. This updated version freezes the phone and crashes every time. WTF???

ANR feature really works! My recorded voice is very clear. Would be nice to have more features. Any way to integrate with locale or tasker?

Excellent app. Performs as advertised. Clean recordings despite a lot of background noise. Playback is perfect at all speeds. Easy to use.

Sound quality is great, but needs input level adjustment for recording live music.

It worked for a couple of hours then started crashing

the recordings skip horribly and it doesn't continue to run on screen lock.

I work in a lab that has about 70dB of constant background noise. This baby filtered it right out! User interface is simple and clean. Great job!

Freeze every time I get a phone call

Doesn't show date and time of recording. Should have more options then play again, re record, delete. Need save without play.

I used this app a few times to record meetings, but the recording skipped small portions, so that an hour-long meeting would only produce 30 minutes of recorded audio.
