ITS YOUR RACE

Can app be used on Android, and do you set up the runner to watch on the day of the race? I cannot get the app to connect with FB today.

Very buggy. Twitter connect is broken, results are all blank. Don't bother with this until they release a working app. Nothing here that the web site doesn't already cover.

Found race, but after clicking race title, only a blank screen came up with a map/directions button and a contact button. FAIL.

It sucks, it is not evening allowing me to look myself up for my upcoming race. Just says error...

Didn't show half the riders...not accurate!

Once tracking a runner it provides no updates for them. It says to click action at the bottom of the page however there is no such button. Worst marathon app we''ve had to use.

Almost 10 megs of space for what? Save yourself some time and don't bother with this worthless app.

Terrible. Doesn't even work. Clunky, messy, disorganized and completely outdated - but even that can be overlooked if it could actually track participants.

The race I'm tracking is nearly over, and this app shows my wife at the starting line. GPS locating her phone shows her almost done with the race, but this app says she hasn't started yet. This app is junk.

I installed it and found the runner that I was hoping to follow during the race, and I immediately got an error message. Removed and reinstalled and the app and the app worked a little better. Still had error messages

Worthless. Tracking indicator never left starting line and provided no race tracking data. Kept telling me about an "action" button, which I never could find. Don't bother & waste time with this. Very disappointing.

The app does not do as it states that it should. I can only search for races closest to me. I have no home screen and I cannot look at any other feature of the app. I have a Android phone, HTC One M9. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same results. Please fix soon I need to use this for my races!

Terrible app, really! Never did login to Facebook. Some screens wouldn't bring up any information. Several screens would pop-up that there was an error, sorry. Very slow response time. Could be MUCH better!

Worked perfectly from start to finish. My wife was able to use it to see me at the start and then come back with all my kids just in time to see me finish. The in race tracking was quick and accurate.

Completely useless, way more aggravating than useful. Not even close to accurate, or timely.

This app is very poorly written for android. The login is not available. If you are already registered on the web, then logging in is impossible on the app. It needs an update, SOON! I use the Samsung S5

Bad UX and no good way to customize to "your own"

My husband got this to work on his ipone but wouldn't work on my Samsung S5. It couldn't even find tge runner we were trying to track.

When searching athletes, auto fill name adds extra space at end of name amd can't find name. City and state is not optional unless the word 'optional ' is removed. Iphone app appears to work better.

Waste of time to try and use.

Looks like its overloaded trying to track Myrtle Beach Marathon so its useless the first tme I need it

Misconceptions. This app absolutely works, and it works great. It has actually always worked well. The problems most experience is with the race timer. If your timer (some companies are better than others) knows what they are doing, the race results and photos will show beautifully. On the other hand, if you have an idiot timer or even a lazy one, it won't work at all the way it was designed. In regards to Baker to Vegas, team captains were clearly told that only the team finish times would be live, not the individual participant times. Yes, proper English is "it's," but there is a somewhat hidden meaning in ITS, the name of the parent company. Great example of an event that shows as it is supposed to: Big Bear Triathlon. If this app isn't working the way it is supposed to work, point the finger at your race timer, not the IYR app developer. Great Job, IYR developers....sorry to see all these misconceptions.

This application does not do anything useful. Just go to their website, which is still clearly needing much work, but at least you can get done what needs done. IYR and ETS have a long way to go before general public, race directors, athletes will be able to agree with the intuitive nature that the owner constantly claims.

-1. This app doesn't do anything just like everyone is saying. It says you have to buy to get any data but doesnt have a buy button. Why would such a great event like baker to vegas go with such a worthless app. Go back to the old way, just post it on a simple webpage for free.

Downloaded to track Baker to Vegas 2015. It does nothing we were told it was supposed to do, which was see team results as runners finished their leg. App is buggy and confusing.

My son runs in the Frostbite series. Once I am able to search & locate the series & correct date, I enter his name in the search field. 1) type color is offwhite... Same color as the field. Meaning you can't see what you type. Next I find his name, I click the CORRECT RACE/DATE & search for results it takes me to LAST YEARS RESULTS. Does programmer actually test??? I am uninstalling... AGAIN. Old: 1) search doesn't work. 2) city doesn't work.

Just a poorly designed app. Uninstall.

What is this app good for? I still can't figure it out. Love how it says everything is free & then find out the tracking isn't. Why else would a supporter of the participant want the app? Even if I actually decided to pay for the upgrade, good luck finding out how to get it. We had 4 ppl on 4 diff phones looking so we could track a participant & it was no use. We're all uninstalling.

Coolest thing I've ever used at a race, I got my results and pictures as soon as I finished the race!
