About Coach
Coach allows you to setup exercise routines and have the phone/tablet count you through the exercises. This way you can concentrate on the doing rather than the keeping track of where you are in your routine. It uses your devices Text to Speech Synthesizer (TTS) to call out counts and exercises.
You can also share your exercise routines with others and keep track of what you have done. See the history of previous workouts.
Currently there are 4 types of sets:
* Count Set - Simple counter up or down
* Time Slice - divide your set into 2 different length periods.
* Beep counter - Instead of calling out numbers, beep instead
* Timer - A simple Time period
