Hush (Bedside Mode)

For some reason once it went into hush mode it would beep at me at random and pop up with another notice that the phone was in hush mode. Great, phone, I understand you're in hush mode but it's two in the bloody morning, will you -shut up-?! And when it's on my other apps won't do what they need to do, resulting in a great deal of mess. There's little customization for what make noise when, so there goes a dollar. I hope I get that back...

Maybe due to Android upgrade...Don't waste the money.

When activated, only alarms should sound. It does not work at all, all notifications come through. Useless app.

From the icon on there will be a digital clock but rather it is I round clock and very small. I cannot read it without putting on my glasses at night and by that time its a bigger annoyance than it is help.

I love the idea, but doesn't work at all. Texts, emails, and other notifications vibrated all night on galaxy s3 on jelly bean 4.1

I cant figure out hot to set different notification rules for different triggers. Example: At night I want all off. After 9 pm I want only phone on, everything else off. Between 10 and noon I want all off except for email notifications,. It seems that the options that you apply for the first trigger apply for all of the other ones, which means the app is not customizable at all. Getting a refund I hope!

Looked what we wanted as we came from blackberry, however does not work. Emailedd vendor as we paid for the app and have had no reply after several days

On my HTC Desire S it works exactly as promised with one minor exception - the ring volume level doesn't return to it's previous state when exiting 'Hush' mode. I have to leave my phone on and be contactable through the night for business reasons but I don't want to be constantly woke up by gmail and task reminders so this app is an absolute boon. With the ring volume bug sorted it would be a definate 5 stars for a simple app that does the job perfectly.

I have a galaxy SII running ics when I try and set a time it just freezes was going to download it for my tab won't bother now

Coming from a blackberry curve to an android I really missed my Bedside Mode. This app is everything I loved about bedside mode and more. It allows me to create multiple time frames and plug in triggers to hush my phone. I also love the fact that I can mute different things and different times or just simply turn them down if I want. Best 99cents Ive Ever Spent! GET THIS APP!

Can toggle settings so that text and email is silenced allowing only phone and alarm through.

As a former blackberry user, this app performs the same function as "Bedside Mode" when you plug in your Blackberry to charge for the night. Better!

Since i updated to ICS, this app does not work

The description states "Hush allows you to select different time periods for different days in which you can automatically change the volume on your phone." While it does not allow you to set different volumes for each trigger. I spoke to Ideal Technology Solutions they may add the ability to set different volumes in the software release, could have saved .99 cents and just downloaded the free app.

I too moved from a Blackberry and loved the bedside mode feature. I thought this was my answer but if you use GoSMS Pro as your messaging app the phone will ring for a text message as if you never downloaded this app. Though there is an option to mute notifications, it doesn't work. I was awakened 3 times last night alone. I need an app that allows for incoming calls to ring like normal but silencing all the other stuff.

It worked well back in the day, but it's been left alone for too long (not updated since mid-2012). Would rate much higher if it was actually supported.

It doesn't work at all on HTC Desire C, dwnloded it from Googl apps, paid for it and it only displays the clock, NONE of teh functions actully work

I used to hv a good review on this app.... But, it started to malfunction. It stopped turning my volume back on after removing it from dock. So, my phone would stay muted. I missed a few very important phone calls while job hunting.... Not a good time for malfunction.
