ولد أحمد سالم في الإسكندرية وتخرج من كلية فيكتوريا حاصلا علي المركز الأول في الثانويه العامه ليلتحق بكلية الإقتصاد والعلوم السياسية ،ثم درس الماجستير في الاقتصاد من جامعة عين شمس وعمل بالعمل الحر قبل أن يمارس هوايته في الكتابة علي الفيسبوك علي صفحته التي اقترب عدد متابعيها من 100الف وكتب في بوابة روزاليوسف ،ومؤخرا أصدر كتابه الأول انا والعذاب وهناء والذي حقق نجاحا كبيرا وتصدر قائمة الأكثر مبيعا منذ صدوره ، وفي الإعلام كانت بدايته مع عمرو اديب ثم محمد شردي الي ان أطلق برنامجه الأول في المراية عبر القاهرة والناس والذي حقق نسب مشاهدة عالية مما دفع إدارة القناة الي ترشيحه لتقديم برنامج القاهرة 360 بعد انتهاء تعاقد الإعلامي الكبير أسامة كمال وهو مايلقي عليه بمسئولية كبيرةلما عرف عن هذا البرنامج من أهمية وتأثير في الشارع المصري
