How does it work ?

1 - Select one or several tasks (break, lunch, meeting, workout ...)

2 - Select a time (for instance "in 5 minutes"),

3 - Send your Hey! to your friends/coworkers via Facebook Messenger

4 - Your friends/coworkers can reply directly from the app with funny yes or no GIF.
