ITransport® dir/Active

ITransport® is a real-time communications and information system for internal hospital transport.
ITransport® automatically allocates tasks to staff members working for this service. Tasks are shown on the display screen of a mobile device. Staff members can accept the task using a code. Delays in the process (patient not ready / lift in use / goods not available) can be indicated easily using a code.
When a staff member has finished a task, he/she enters this and is automatically informed about the next task that fits his/her profile and is as close to his/her location as possible.
Users (Wards / Clinics/ Service Desk / etc.) receive an overview of the status of all relevant tasks. They can see, for example, which tasks are being undertaken and what time the task is expected to be completed.
