I am using TCOP for last 3 years and all of sudden it stops working.Trying to reach out to itrans technology and all of their phone numbers are not reachable.Anybody else facing same issue.Are they out of business

Looks like the device needs lots of improvements. Also the point of accuracy needs to be precise.

The door alert is no more available which is a very important feature as v will be alerted before the ignition is turned on...Please get this feature back...

Looks like the team has lost its way in implementing new features like augmented reality. Consequently route map etc do not work. The only thing which works is current location which simply shows the nearest cell tower coordinates. Cell tower based positioning for more accurately derived present location is not fully implemented which means the indicated position is approximate. Guys please get back to work.

Very buggy app. Ignition alerts are erratic. Location tracker has a time lag and is not very accurate. Nothing really works the way it should.
