About EZYCAF
Ezycaf (CAF - Customer Application Form) Android Application lets you to create , update, and manage all your "Customer Application Forms" - digitally. Customer details are recorded from your Android Device, and will be synchronized with your Web Application.
From the web application, you can :
1) Print all your customer forms, either individually or all at a time.
2) Export the customer details via "Microsoft Excel" to any of your Integrated Software applications.
3) View all the Created Customers List and if desired, modify their details.
4) Customize your products information by providing min and max lengths of your product's Serial Number.
5) Customize your Application Form Format.
6) All the Customer and Products created from you Android device can be managed from your web application. You can modify customer details if you want from your web application.
7) All the Settings you created in your web application will be synchronized to your android application.
Ezycaf Android App is a one of its kind application to create, view, modify and keep track of your customers application forms from anywhere and at anytime from your Android powered devices.
Android Application Futures:
1) Create new customer by take pictures of Customer and Customer's ID Proof.
2) Take Signature from customer.
3) Store Customer's Longitude and Latitude information.
4) If you want to assigning a product to a particular customer, you can create a "Product Allocation Form" for that customer.
5) View all Created Customers List.
6) If you have employees working under you, you can view "Employee Created Customers " List.
7) While assigning a product to a customer, you can scan the product with built-in "barcode scanner" to get the serial No. of the product, instead of entering such lengthy serial numbers every time.
7) The application works in 2- Modes. a) Online and b) Offline.
Online Mode:
-- If you are connected to the internet via Wifi or Network, your customer details will be stored directly in your Database.
Offline Mode:
-- If you are not connected to internet or if you network signal is lost while filling new customer details, you can save those details locally in your android device . The next time, when you login to your android application in online, all the records stored in Offline mode will be Synchronize automatically in a background process and those details will be deleted from you android device once they are uploaded successfully.
This is a demo application. The application can always be customized as per your requirement.
