We are on our 2nd device and the app is rarely staying connected. The battery has 75% and we have to check battery level then test device then try to scan about 10 or more times now before it works and that's not all the time either. Very frustrating. Have had two units in just over a month and it's still not resolved. Love the science behind it however for this cost and it not working I've asked for my money back but still after emailing twice no response.

I have had my Itovi for almost a year now. Works wonderful most of the time. The only reason that 5 starred was not given is that I keep getting an error when scanning Weight Loss or Other Products.

Love Itovi... love how accurate it is. It's kind of freaky how good it is. Helps my business immensely. A little temperamental sometimes but customer support has been great..

Can't connect. I have fully charged it. Why so very hard? Expensive but like cheap goods.

Great customer serivce. Still has connection issues but resolves with getting out and reconnecting.

I can't delete names that added 7 times each and some people it won't even save

Impossible to use as a sales tool when it crashes 5+ times to complete 1 single scan... Samsung Galaxy S6.

Just received but can't use, keeps crashing... make sure bluetooth is on but not connect to itovi

Was great till it stopped working and now i cant use it cause it keeps logging out

This app is great when it works properly. It randomly will go through an entire scan and then not give a report, which can be immensely frustrating, especially when I'm using it as part of my business. Another issue is space. If I'm paying monthly/yearly for an app it really should save people's info in a cloud instead of on my device. Even being able to save it on a storage disc would be nice! If free apps save info to a cloud, why does one I pay a good amt of money for also cost me phone memory?

I've had trouble with this app from the beginning and have tried so many fixes - nothing is working. No connection to device - even though it's connected via bluetooth.

I have had zero trouble with my Android when using this app.

I was excited about this, but it is not Android friendly. Many connection problems and client info updating problems. Giving them one more chance to fix the problems before I go back to my Zyto scanner.

This is so easy to use and such a blessing for my business. I'm able to work with and help more people by using this scanner. Easily portable and accurate. The only thing I would change is to show more results.

Easy to use on my kids. App is glitchy and won't let you update weight :(

I've called customer service and my issues have not been resolved. The program freezes, does not save new clients, take more then one try to get scan to work, and does not have option to e-mail clients scan results

Wouldn't save any user info I put in for new clients and now is telling me my account access is revoked and my email & password are incorrect. They aren't. I'm very displeased with this!!

Always can't connect to my phone. I can't even scan my own children...waited so long until I give up. Pls fix it asap

My device won't pair except maybe one out of 20 times. It holds a charge for about five minutes, and hasn't saved a single customer's information. Performs like its cheap. Save your money.

I just got this on Saturday and I've tried connecting it with a few brand new phones including ios (since mine is a lil old) and it still won't work :(. Please fix it's affecting my business...

I had damaged my phone and when I got a replacement and attempted to use my iTOVi App and scanner I was disappointed that my new clients weren't saved nor were their scans. I was also unable to email or text their reports to them. Thinking that my phone was somehow the issue I contacted itovi help. Response was fast but the recommended hard reset to fix the issue made it worse in that the app is glitchy. It is slow to load, my existing clients info was erased, and the original issues are still unresolved.

Sometimes will not save my scans. Message : your account has been deactivated. Very aggravating .Never know when it is working properly.

An accurate and convenient way to scan for support products. Works great! <3

Too wonky wont work right

Waited 8 weeks to get my device. Received a generic email stating my device is one of a handful missing a number on my device ID, and info on how to fix it. Then I had trouble logging on to the app. They resolved my issues within 36 hours. It seems a lot of people were having problems and I felt ignored at first. They did follow up with me via email and a phone call.

Mine worked as soon as I used it!! Love this product! !

2/3/16: I received my scanner today and I can't even use it!!! This better start working or else I want my money back!!! This thing was NOT cheap!!!! 2/4/16 Update: I ran the update and now I can actually log in but it won't scan.

Had the issue of logging in after using it a few times but they already fixed that bug, very happy and excited to continue using iTOVi =D

Galaxy Note 4. Logged on two times and performed two sessions and now I can't log on. Admin I hope are working on this??? If it's not speedy, I want my money back!

I've used this device on several people and found it to be spot on for detecting health conditions and product recommendations. Clients like having results emailed to them and I love that it's so portable and handy for my business!

If you have any issues at all good luck they are impossible to get a hold of. Great idea but I think they went to big to fast and can't keep up with updates, call volumes and issues. Sad as I was so excited for this. If I don't hear back this is going to be returned. Have been dealing with them for 4 months and have never talked to a person....

Love the app, so simple to use. Love that once you scan someone with the simple tap of a button you can email it to them. I take my itovi everywhere I go and love that I just need my phone to be able to use it.

I love my iTovi! It is always spot on. Love the app, staff is very helpful in working glitches out if they come up.

Once everything is running the way it should it will be a great tool. Just growing pains.
