They first accepted the order, then they rejected by following message. Dear Customer, We will not able to dispatch your order because now your area is coming in not delivery zone. iOrderFresh Y the hell you have accepted the order, y ur app is accepting my location. Pathetic app, wasted my time

Every time I try to access autoship basket, my phone hangs. I had mailed support too but still not fixed.

Very disappointing application. They keep changing delivery time without intimating the customer. Their customer executives are also not well trained to handle such issues.

It's an easy to use. I get my order at my home gate at less time. But need to approve a delivery system....

I have ordered 3 times from here.First 2 times they were really late and delivered way later than the given time slot.3 rd time they didn't even deliver,I called the customer care 2-3 times and waited patiently for 2 days,but the order never came neither did this company bother to inform me whether the order would come or not. This company would shut down soon.

Demands that I provide an address, but won't recognise a colony as old as Sarvapriya Vihar, despite the Googlemaps location pointing right at it. But because it's not on your list, I can order anything! Morons. Either use Google, or stick to whichever taxi driver made that list for you. Uninstalling.

Now I have become big fan of it.

Pathetic app! You can't change your orders once you are on payment page. And if you try to place a new order the old orders keep on adding, and there's no way you change anything. Fully tested the app before launching it!

Worst and expensive than local store . Example melons 1 kg available at 25-30 where you are selling at 75 what the hell. Amazon pantry is super good. I sure you can not survive in this business. People are not fool. Who so ever is buying from your store. Uninstalling app

Most of the orders are not delivered and canceled suo moto. Refund is also kept in their wallet. Very poor customer service support. High prices and useless cashback. Just good enough for Naturals Ice cream.

Needs lots of improvement..very late delivery time slot was 8am to 12 pm but my order got delivered around 4 pm and in my order selection it shows you have not ordered anything yet and initially it shows wrong payment amount as it doesn't show discount breakuo amount..and rate is high as compared to others app like bigbasket so its my first n last purchase...

This is pathetic app kindly don't bother installing it as all of a sudden it stopped working and on raising the issue got a reply that they are not serving my area although I had previously ordered things from them and got it delivered. Seriously hopeless app and support.

Fed up with customer care.. The experience has just gone from bad to worse this year, in spite of reassurances of the opposite since last year. It has been more than 2 months since Mr abhishek was to get back to me. Entire customer care staff has given up on giving me a refund (as mentioned by Mr abhishek but only partially honored ) for an order that consisted of rotten & stale veggies, incorrect & missing items. Mr abhishek doesn't even respond to mails anymore. Currently I have not even raised an official complaint abt the issues faced by my mother when the order for a 3-8 delivery never turned up one fine day & we get a call at 10:30pm in the night to tell us it has arrived! Is this appropriate even socially.. Let alone as a service that gets paid to make deliveries in a certain time ? The app and website are way too buggy and don't even have basics right. I've reported bugs so many times, but they have fallen on deaf ears. Absolutely basic things are missing. From my side I've tried helping them thinking this is a startup but all my time just went waste clearly. At the very least, first get basics of ur organization right, THEN think about revamping the app, large scale advertising on radio engaging with influencers etc.. Right now u guys can NOT handle even Basic grocery services. Very bad experience. Abominable

Couldn't login using either Facebook or Google. Couldn't checkout as delivery details button was freezed. Tried to complain using contact us. It didn't let me.. Some error. Disappointed

Worst app unabe to login using google or facebok. cart got cleared automatically. unable to select date slot for order.finally gave up

What a waste of time if you can't order. Tiring login process n after all the hardships u can not select the delivery date. The button is not working. Total waste of time u will not be able to order

i place order on 24 jan 2017 but i dont get my order on the day so i call to customer care they told your order will come after some hour i wait for my order but my order not come on the day so it is a very very bad app i am very angry so i decide i will never place order next time and i want to say to all user this app gives you bad delivery it is wrost app...

My order 471273 was delivered on 02 september 2016. But they did not delivered free batter as mentioned in the sceme.

Nice good app

Tried logging in from various devices in many ways including Google. All demand an OTP to move. On, and no password is sent. Pretty much a waste of time.

Ordered for vegetables; they were mostly rotten...cabbage was full of worms. Pathetic service...won't order again!

Just a joke.no discount on any thing.i used to shop from big basket and believe me shower of discount in it.bb rocks really.this app deserve minus five star!
