Sakar Fitness (GNC FItness)

I had to return one band because it wouldn't sync nor record steps. The replacement band at least works but cannot get it to sync. I hate the customer service for this app. I've called numerous times and they keep telling me the same thing....let the battery go completely dead and then recharge, uninstall app if it is currently installed and then reinstall. I've done that 5 times and still not working...piece of crap!

So, the 11/9 update makes it crash when you try to sync? Isn't that the main function of having the app? Cmon man

Still playing with this band and trying to understand the set up. Features seems to work okay EXCEPT the sleep paternity and especially the heart rat. The heart rate won't even show sort of monitor, shaded red won't even allow me to open. Going to get the Fitbit like at set out to do. It's a shame cause it looked like b it had some potential.

I set up device & app (app shows a heart rate monitor). I couldn't get the heart monitor to work. Then, in small print on page 11 of the booklet I found that the heart rate monitor is not available on model #5568. I want a heart rate monitor - extremely misleading packaging & app. Sync keeps dropping. Packaging says not to return it to the store but I will - don't want to deal with bad customer service.

I was really excited to receive my tracker 5568 only to find out it doesn't always sync and even though it's tracking only way to save it is to write it down cause it only records it when it wants to. Very disappointed

I just got this POS. Got it paired and the app all setup. It decides randomly when it will or will not sync. out of 20 attempts it sync'd 1 time. App crashed times in about 30 minutes. Very disappointed customer and will not recommend this to any friends because of the app.

Other people are lucky that they got it to at least work for a DAY. Mine wouldn't even let me click next to get it to start tracking! So frustrating! Don't get it. Spend a little extra to buy something that works!

Don't waste your money. Tried twice to get help from customer service. Their only solution was to reinstall app. When that didn't work they wanted me to send them back at my expense to be replaced. Guess this just proves you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Can I give it O stars... I wish. The app refuses to sync with the watch. It worked the first and second time....maybe this was in the first two hours....and then there was nothing I could do to get it to sync.

It does sync sporadically on occasion. Never shows or allows connection on my Bluetooth connection. Typically grayed out in the app but sometimes shows red. The alarm works if you set it on the phone. If the blue light is working and I walk away from my phone, it buzzes. So, it's connected somehow. But it's more gimmick than device. A geeky looking cheap watch. Don't waste your time or money. Oh. And if you sit next to someone with an I Phone, apparently with an apple watch, it buzzes constantly.

I got this as a Christmas gift and didn't have a phone compatible with the app. I was excited to use it but I've walked and walked and walked and the wristband and app still haven't changed. And the user help is absolutely no help at all. The time isn't even right for god sakes.

I was so excited to try this and for a great price... but apparently you get what you pay for. I'm so disappointed. I bought a second as a gift and I'm sure I will be returning both in the next day or so.

Worst app ever. They need to fix the automatic screen ratio. That way the app adjusts based on screen size and thus you are able to press the next button. If they fix the app the device would be awesome.

Always have to sync it for being Bluetooth. Sleep cycle does not work, likes to force close on you. This app totally sucks

Do not buy. I bid on this at a church fund raiser. This worked 1 day then quit! No tech support, no one answered any emails I sent out. I cannot get this to sync with my cell phone anymore. Just horrible. Run from this product

Having bought this and installing the app and reading the reviews I was very apprehensive about it's functionality. The pedometer worked fine for me, was way easier to hook on my shirt and walk than it was to strap on my phone like I used to do. I just keep it on all day. Only problem I had at first was that it kept saying when I tried to bluetooth sync,' pin pass code key incorrect.' I kept trying n miraculously it synced. I'm pleased it works as it says it would. Do give it another try! It's very handy.

The band won't connect to my phone or the app. Customer service was so very very rude! He yelled at me to press and hold the triangle over and over as I tried to explain what it was doing in a firm voice because he yelled at Mr he hung up. I emailed and got no response. The Web address for support is not valid. Don't bother! Spend a extra $20 and get something else.

I bought this band on Black Friday for $20. I should have known better. I was fooled by the GNC branding on It. It won't connect to my phone half the time. I walked 4 laps around my house (about 80 steps) and it read 31 steps. The app buttons don't work 1/2 the time either. Don't waste your time or money on this POS!!!

The application could be improved, but with the armband, it has helped me to keep track of my walking distance and sleep patterns. I definitely would buy the armband again. I just wish it would connect with my health insurance app.

Had this Fitness band and app for about 3 days, and I wish I had looked at these reviews prior to purchasing the band. Like many others there were problems syncing and the band just didn't seem to track things properly. Would not recommend this at all

I used this App with my GNC Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor #GB8561. The problem, I can't save any of my workout sessions. My chest monitor links to the app, the app displays all needed information and everything is working great. At the end of my workout I tap the pause button on the sceen to pause. If you select anything other than Start or Pause you will loose all data for that workout. If you change the screen on your device to adjust your music or for anything else, all workout data is gone. The buttons on the bottom of the screen are locked and do nothing. Update: This GNC software has problems. Anyone having a GNC GB8561 Heart Rate Monitor should use the (SGT Heart Rate - SportsGear + Wear App). The SGT App and The GNC monitor works flawlessly together.

Wouldn't work.. Kept not responding and wouldn't pull up to connect for blue tooth .. The gnc pro track ultra is a waste of money.

The band records great! The first week I had problems with it syncing up and recording data. But now it syncs up just fine. Records and logs all data. Hangs up a couple times but nothing I can't deal with :)

Crap crap crap the band and the app! Worthless

This is the absolute worst fit tracker I have ever used. The product is useless and so is customer service.

this is the most terrible device i ever received, please dont buy. customer service dont even know how to sync it to my phone...

The 4 digit pairing code is displayed on the wrist band. No problem pairing it. Trying to sync the data is a cumbersome nightmare. It usually takes 4-6 tries to successfully sync. If it would sync more easily I would rate the band higher.

It is a waste of money. The app is a waste of time. Very disappointed!!!

Works ok have to pair through the app. The clock is in military time which is ok. Had to adjust stride length and to sync you have to force app closed a few times also has alearts for different times. I have had it a day and battery holding overall for 17.00 dollar pedometer seems ok.

Worked the first day but now it doesn't sync .

Figured out how to sync with my phone. It seemed to work fine, but every time the battery dies I have to uninstall the app and the install again to get it to sync with the band. It says battery will last 5-7 days but it's more like 1-2 days. I suggest just charging every night. I received band as gift so can not return it so I guess I will just keep it charged.
