I'm having a lot of issue I enjoy this app it's very helpful I just can't upload a profile picture and it won't let me upload cover pictures for my books I also can't send feedback in app because I "don't have internet connection" when it's working just fine But other than that I really love this app

Have the paid version will not allow me to save, insert book cover photo or even comment in help service, all I get ERRORS, ERRORS and errors...

When publishing a story, there's an error "General error" at cover upload.

Not working. When I hit "done" after the age restrictions setup page it says something on the lines of "user error - unable to save user profile - general error" please help me fix this?

I cannot make a profile without it saying error updating- general error. Please fix this so i c an publish my books

This app have potential but, its technical issues us annoying, i am in process if writing a collab book with my BFF and this app giving all types of issues,

Can NOT add profile pic or book cover. I paid for this app so you'd think the creator would be sure it actually worked.

Nice app, really the best one in my opinion. However account creation would be a great addition. Just to ensure your books don't get lost. Oh and there's an error getting pictures I want to use as the book cover. Overall it's pretty nice, it has progressed my writing skills significantly.

Why can't I veiw all my auto saves. My book I have been writing that has my whole life storey in it. I need to get my auto save from like for chapter 1 it's like 8000 words that I have spent countless hours on reliving some of the most tragic things in my life. I need my first chapter back. I was afraid of something like this before I ever started writing

This is a great app, and very easy to use, I do have a few issues but I feel that even with those this is worth getting. The issues I encountered are: 1. I keep getting an error when I try to backup or export my book. It tells me that it cannot create the file. 2. When I try to send feedback it tells me that I'm not connected to the Internet.

I'm writing a book and I often republish it because my friends and family want to read it but now it's not allowing me to upload a cover picture anymore, it just keeps saying error. Other than that it's a great app. Please fix this!

My profile is all screwed up. I Can't edit anything on my profile, I can't give my books cover pages, I can't tell if anyone's read my books or commented on them, and the app can't load anything without there being some kind of error. Fix this mess please. I can't keep going with this for much longer.

Bought this app after using free version. I was able to download a cover photo for my book using free version however with paid version I can't add a cover photo in fact I lost my book covers once I transferred my books onto the paid version. I am not happy, the free version was better then, only now I can't add the covers back onto my free ones now too. Ugh

The organization this app provides is brilliant!!! The plotline and character tabs are my favourites--they don't have technical hoops to jump through, don't clog the look of the app, and are super useful!!! Having them makes it so much easier to get ideas down before I forget/confuse them. My only problem is the amount of ERROR messages I keep getting. ERROR with daily sync, ERROR with image disk, blah blah blah. Fix please? It's a little scary. What's next, ERROR: story deleted?

As much as I love this app, it can get a bit frustrating. It's the perfect app for me to use to write my stories and my favorite. As much as I love it, I have one, what I feel to be big, problem with it. I had to update my phone recently and it made things worse, so I did a factory reset. I went to this app and found that nearly everything was gone. It happened many times before, but not this bad and I always make sure to have backup apps, so I didn't feel like saying anything about it until now. Please fix this.

I should have been nicer if I can automatically add a book cover. But everytime I try, I get errors. Pls fix it. I was planning to use only the free but because of the cover book error, I paid 80+ cent and still no improvement. I am refunding.

Please fix the error that prevents me from uploading pictures for a book cover. I will give 5 stars. Love the app but will not keep if this doesn't change. Thank you!!

I love it, but there's some few problems. 1. No matter what the help page tells me to do, I can't find a way to delete book 2. No matter if I connect my phone to the internet, each stuff I will always tell me there's an error or that I'm not connected to the internet I love using this app so much, but I also hope that the app maker will be aware of these our problems.

Ok itagSoft I really do love this app and im getting just a little irked now. I have had this app for about 3 years and I love it. However...I am now having issues with; publishing my books, changing my profile picture, adding a book cover, submitting feedback, and backing up my book. Each of these things returns with an error everytime. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 running android version 6.0.1. If these problems don't get resolved then this app will be broken for me. I want to continue using it as i said i do love this app and i dont want to see it fail like this please get back to me asap. Thank you guys.

This app could be really nice and effective, but it has some issues. The big issue from my perspective is that backup and export do not work.

I'd give it 5 stars but I can't upload photos to my books. It says error loading. Such a shame.

I really love this app, but ever since I upgraded to the paid version I can't choose a profile picture, book covers or upload any books. So yeah, fixing that problem would be nice.

The point is that, there was a huge problem in the app, I don't know if it is my personal issues or not, I couldn't import books in the app, i couldn't select any file in my phone when I click into the import book section. It was a disaster for me, and most of us who have accidentally lost the books. Then I tried to send a message through the app, and it didn't work, then I sent an email to the developer, yet, I haven't receive any feedbacks, and it makes me feel sad , I may lost all my work.

I just got another phone and I can't export a book from my other account. I now only gave two books that I made and deleted a year ago. I want all of my books back and I don't know how to do that!

It's a good app up U ntill I tried to publish at that point it keeps saying there a problem with the front cover. It says General error.

After writing half my book. I updated the app and lost 20000 plus words. Took me back to an old version of the book and deleted my latest

Good but it won't let me put a book cover on. It seriously will NOT let me. So, can you please fix that issue? Thanks

I like it but I have to keep publishing my book over and over again people who follow me have found it hard to find it and it won't let me post to face book so my fans can read it I also paid for full version to see if that would work and still no luck

Tried the free version and liked it despite being unable to use my own pics as book covers. I can't use this app at all as it keeps mentioning an error.

I find it okay, but you should check out the Wattpad app so you can make even better improvements. If you didn't have certain features I would say that this was absolute tripe, to say the least. You need to make a few major improvements in order to get 5/5.

It looks wonderful, but it seems to not save the changes to my profile except the picture

Still lots of glitches.

Something very wrong when it comes to deleting chapters/books/sections of work. the option to delete Chapter does not work, but it did delete re-done work and replaced it with the old. I can't delete a copy of the book, the option just isn't there. The whole app/story is a mess now, and I can't figure out what is going on. I will copy/paste my work to my email and maybe start the app all over again. until now It was doing OK, but this is a real let down due to wasted time and work.

I would love to know why this app doesn't show an option to create pages for my book. I can only write ONE page!! You can create a Chapter but no pages to go with the chapter. I'm so confused! I paid for this!

Could use a category for cookbooks. And capability to start a new page. A split page format would be nice too. But not necessary. I would give 5* if it had these.

While I do think this is an exceptional app, I was wondering I it's possible to include an option to include images within chapters (similar to a picture book), like choosing an image from your gallery? If this is included, I will be very grateful!
