Totally waste of time. Why.not just an iPad will be a lot better. Don't understand why u need to download an app to eat. All I want is to eat... Not play my phone. Inconvenience to the max. Won't even step in again. Will delete this app once I get out of here.... .

Ridiculous app. Why is there a need to even install an app to order food? Doesn't the restaurant have a better solution? Worse off, the menu items are disorganised and hard to find. What used to take me a few minutes to order is now only doable in double the time. There are better alternatives to this and I hope they do it soon.
Whoever approved or came up with this app needs to go for a ct scan soon. Or else natural selection will come into place to eliminate stupidity. Even with the current app rating of 1.8, management still does not see any issue in customer's disatisfaction. Hopefully this will not become another case study of irrational management.
This app does not even deserve one star! Why do we have to download an app to order? Is the restaurant too cheap to provide ipads or other gadgets to order electronically? Apart from trying to gather customer information, I cannot think of another reason! This makes the dining experience absolutely unpleasant. I am never going to dine here again.
Lacking lots of information on the app itself. Had to ask the server to find out that they serve green tea. Lousy design of app inconvenient to order.
Bad use of technology, using the app was a total turn off as the menu was clunky. Could have switched to providing I pads with the menu instead.
It sucks, it truly does, worst idea ever. Causes more problem then without it. Maybe you all should just revert back to no app.
A restaurant that needs my elderly mother, my illiterate maid and 3 hungry young kids to order food themselves via a handphone app, What logic?! To make it worse- they still charge them for service charge??? Worst than eating in a fast food restaurant.
A restaurant should not force their customers to get their app. And worst still, the menu is small and not user friendly on a phone. No physical menu was provided also.
I hated this enforcement to collect customer data. It is forceful.
This is the last time I will be patronizing Itacho Sushi with this system. It takes ages just to order. What's wrong with using ipads if you really wanted to go digital? There's a reason why menus are bigger than a phone.
Wasted so much time downloading the app and trying to order through my phone. Will not be back to itacho until this system is removed.

Apart from criticizing the App ordering system, the app itself has consumed about 90mb of my mobile data during my only visit. Thumbs down.

Should not have forced customers to download app using own phone. Although I tried connecting to your wifi to download app, it suddenly got disconnected and I downloaded using my own data. -_- Spent 15mins just to download app and to find my orders when I already know what I want.
Agree with many of the comments from before. Having to download an app just to place an order at the restaurant is ridiculous and shows bad judgment
I was told that it was compulsory for us to use this app to order, even when my phone battery was dying and I didn't want to download something onto my phone. Was not offered an alternative device at all.

Inconvenience caused. Hated it. My wife and I will think twice before stepping into another Itacho restaurant even thou we liked their sushi.
