How it is useful:
During office hours, we connect to internet and receive less updates ( messages from whatsapp,FB etc).
9AM - 5 PM -> 480 minutes ( without data timer )
When data timer is enabled for 15 minutes time interval,
9AM - 5 PM -> 32 minutes ( with data timer )
Internet connection time saved : 448 minutes -> saves battery -> saves data -> gets your regular updates.

I can name it as Battery saver, I tried in my Kitkat. Always Connecting with Wifi making me headache as it drain my battery, same time i cant avoid messages and important mails.Why should stay connected to internet all time? This cool App save 30% of battery, without losing important notifications. Waiting for Lollipop 5 update..
