Seafarer Portal (BSM)

Always shows Toast message "you are currently offline". Can't do any action. Chat is not working, can't update receipt and so on. Only can see payslip. Planning is not reflecting actual situation. Last update one year ago. Developers and/or BSM do something. If you need my assistance just let me know.

Unable to edit personal profile on the first part.

App is very useful but needs lot of improvements. Many things not working well.

Very good app regarding the communication between seafarer and company.. also we r able to put date of availabilty for joining...we can view our payslips, update our profile .....overall nice app....

How many times we tried to register even our own account...its useless...kindly give us a Good information nor guide how to use this app and how to register...plzzzzz

i log in and i forgt my password, i follow the insturction (forget password, email notification, then change password) but wen i log in again i cant log in even i change the password already, plz help me, i have portal but delete after i reformat my phone without back uping,,

cant register this app it always says "no user this email"

I couldt register my email address. Even my facebook account it says invalid. Can you please tell me how to register via PAL Crewing module?

Once you download it just doesn't let you log in. Even if you wanna register it doesn't let you. So messed up.

This app crash when i finish registering my account please fix this. Its such a pain >:(

Absolutely agree,this soft is really important and best solution to make communication between office and the seafarers direct,easier and possible where ever you are.

I can't register. After I enter my email address and password it says, there is no user registered in that email. So how can I register???

Interface is simple and functional but interlinking of the database for accessing sea-farer data still not available. Lots of links not functioning yet.

It's a really good and simple app user friendly.

Simple user interface. Only problem is that it is showing notification for payslips but in payslip section nothing is available. Also one suggestion,if possible allow seafarer to see their seatime record with BSM.
