Craig Activity Tracker

Just got this Mon. I do believe it's the only app that works with what I have. I haven't checked any others out cause this is the app my paper work told me to use. It took no time to set up and get going. So far I'm very happy with it. (It wasn't the devise I was wanting but it's a great starter. All is working and doing what it says it dose) thank you !!!!

I was given the Craig Tracker for xmas. My phone can see the device but the app cannot. There are a ton of negative reviews and you all have a 1.8 star review. Why hasn't this been fixed?

I purchased the Craig activity tracker in an attempt to get a reasonably priced activity tracker. The app on Google simply would not snyc the tracker with my phone via Bluetooth. I was able to synchronize after spending some time working with an earlier version of the app. I fully charged the tracker yesterday. Now neither the tracker nor the app is functioning. There is no issue with my phone or its settings. The problem is the device and the app.

Are you fkn kidding me. This app sucks, will not pair. Use running heart app. Thank you amazon review user for leading me from the comments I hope this gets me there Ckc skrs A different review led me to think this is only a viable product on an apple phone/tablet. I have yet to prove/disprove.

I received this from my niece for Christmas. After several attempts to connect the tracker to my phone I realized that it was a fruitless effort. I thought it was just me, but after reading several reviews I see that it's not. I was so excited to get what I thought was an awesome gift. Now I have to figure out where I need to return it to.

Got it as Xmas gift as well. So stupid! Can see through my phone, but not the app. And it took forever to get in contact with someone from the company who told me uninstall, reinstall, and try again. If it doesn't work, start the return process...but remember it takes 6-8 weeks. Pathetic and such a $#!^ company.

DO NOT BUY. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. JUST WALK AWAY! If I could give this lower than a single star I would. I got the Activity Tracker as an impulse buy while black friday shopping. I get it home, charge it, and download this app but no matter WHAT I do it will NOT pair to the damn app. My phone has NO PROBLEMS seeing it but the app will not communicate with the band. at all! I'll be returning it asap and I would encourage everyone I know NOT to buy this band or any other product from this company. The fact that this product is a year old now and the SAME problem has been reported on various sites since it was released makes me believe that the company is seriously shady.

The app is worthless as I cannot sync the tracker to my phone. My phone recognizes that there is a device, but is unable to communicate with it.

Horrible interface, spent the better part of an hour trying to sync it with the app, the bluetooth screen for my phones, and my iPad all to avail. Not worth the bandwidth to download. The only good thing is that it provides an easy uninstall via the annoying banner notification for Android.

Well unless you have an IPhone it won't sync. I bought a bunch for my family but I am the only one with iPhone and it synced with me fine but no android devices. Sucks! !!!!

There is FitBit and then there is the Craig Activity Tracker (ShitBit). The product appears to only work with iPhones. My daughter's iPhone will sync with the device, but the other 5 android devices in our household will not. My assumption is that the android app is fatally flawed... making the device worthless without an iPhone. FIX THE APP ALREADY!

Why would they even sell this? I bought one for my sister too and both have the same problem. They won't connect to app.

It's downright ridiculous that you could get this many bad reviews and still not try to resolve this issue. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Waste of time and money. Android phone can pair with device via Bluetooth but app will not recognize. Device is useless without a functional app.

Won't sync... can't see device. Don't waste your money! Can't give 0 stars! I wouldn't care about the app if I could at least set the date and time!

The app opened for the first time, but didn't connect. I closed it to try again, and the app did not open because of an error in runtime. I restarted it and it still doesn't open.

Will not pair.the last Graig product I will ever buy. At least it won't take up much space in the garbage.

The app does not work. I have been trying to sync my tracker to this app for 2 day and it will not work. I know the tracker is not the problem because my phone connects to the tracker.

I got one of these for everyone in my family for christmas and what do you know, NONE OF them will pair with the app. Therefore I can not change the time, set up goals or really do anything with it other than wear it as a bracelet. It is a complete waste of money unless the company fixes this issue.

It's an ok app I have used it b4 and had some troubles with it.

Would not connect with my phone will be returning sucked a lot pissed Me off it would find device but not communicate with it

If this app doesn't work use iSport Tracker it connects and actually works with this

Please fix your trash app. Nothing on android will sync the phone sees it just fine but the app does not. Please update your broken as hell app.

This is pure garbage. I don't know if it's the app or the device. Either way, device can't sync with phone. Will be returning device first thing in the morning
