Whats the point of having the watch if you cant get the app? For someone who has issues with weight, I was looking forward to using this app and this watch. But since the watch wont work without the app and the app wont work without the device being paired and when I try to pair said device I fall in to the same loop that tells me I have the wrong phone. I hated this experience and that fact that companies like this wont reach out to everyone who cant afford name brand touch phones or tablets.

I think this app is ok. It has some things I dont like. It won't stay paired and it watch part keeps blacking out. Sometimes for a day or two at a time. I really like the features but this is getting annoying. Can someone contact me about a replacement. It cost over $100 it should work

TYL 5100 will not pair with my phone. I have been trying for a month now. I have charged it completely and still nothing. This device is a joke!

I have been trying to sync my Vivatar w/my phone for over a week. After reading a majority of the reviews it's obvious there are a lot of unresolved issues. PLEASE fix this app or the tracker...whatever is needed. The tracker bracelet was costly, and I have not been able to pair it. I have a Samsung Edge.

When it works, it works well. But the major problem is that you need to sync every 24 hours or lose the information and since it is almost impossible to pair this app with the devise it is virtually useless.

5/3...HATE latest update...it totally wiped out my history. What is the point of tracking if it is just gone in a blink? If it syncs, it takes forever. It constantly loses connection. You can't go online for any help. Sure wish there was a better app

Keeps unsyncing and it keeps resetting itself every couple days. Everything worked better before I updated the app they really need to get this all figured out

HOW DO I CHANGE ANYTHING??? I got the app, and none of the settings will change the time, because it's not 4 in the morning! I haven't even had it for a day and I already understand why it got such bad reviews. The app is awful, get a Fitbit. At least you will get something that works.

I cannot set an alarm clock I can't change any of the settings.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The wrist band is nice.. wish the app would work with it.. fix this carp.

Every update is worse then the last. My steps aren't resetting until about 10am every morning and it resets itself back to January 1st every couple of days and unsyncs with my watch. Will not track sleep at all. Currently my watched shows 12012 steps, yet when it synced just now, the app only shows 3,420! Worst app ever. This needs fixed NOW.

This new update is not fixed! It won't sync correctly with my watch! Update*** it's even worse now!! I think it all gets fixed ASAP and we all should get new updated watches or we will switch to Fitbit! Only giving a star because the system requires it for a feedback comment.

Whenever I got it for a Christmas present I was ecstatic. Then it randomly kept resetting itself (date, time, etc). Therefore I had to re sync. Got annoying over time. Then I got a new phone and downloaded the app to sync it and unable to get through the profile screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted my active sessions several times. No luck.

App worked for 5 days now stopped. Have Un installed and re- installed and won't even start up. Junk. It's useless and a total waste of money to even buy the fitness band

Apparently vivitar doesn't care about product quality. Most of their apps have a review below 3 and they don't offer. Way to get a hold of them. Even when my watch is paired with the app, it is still two hours off, and the sync doesn't give the app proper data. So the only reason for the app is so that you can setup the watch.

It's only 7am and the app has tracked 4000 steps that show until 2pm? Is it predicting the future. Watch is pointless of the app sucks. Also won't save stride info keeps defaulting to 23. .UPDATE 2/22: Now it will not pair with my phone and will not stay connectexd to the app. This is the biggest waste of money EVER.....what the point if you cant get the damn app to work......

When initially setting up user profile the save button does not appear, I had to randomly tap all over the screen in the hopes that I would find the button to save and move on to the next step. The learn your tracker tab does not work. It is my opinion that this app needs some serious work and it's not user-friendly!

It will not stay synced with the watch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times to no avail. The update only made things worse. The present day stats are actually the previous day's. This is truly a piece of JUNK!

Took a day to get the thing to work. App won't sync. Band receives texts and not phone calls. App is always a day behind. Waste of money. Taking band back.

App only worked for a week disconnected from my watch did not reconnect when I tried several times and took forever to hook up the first time vivitar used to make awesome products this sucks the watch is nice though

App worked about 10 days and I loved it. Then the app stopped launching. Makes the product pretty much useless now as far as tracking goes. Looks like I'm going to have to get a fit bit. Definately won't be recording to anyone. Vivitar used to make quality products. Oh well, times have changed. Sorry my husband wasted his money on a useless item.

Tech supported is terrible and it doesn't work unless you accept every permission. If you turn one off the app stops working

App crashed soon as I downloaded and wouldn't get past the profile page after that. Doesn't work...Watch is cool though

Absolutely SUCKS! App does not work at ALL! A waste!

It wouldn't open after several tries. Finally, I got it to open, and it wouldn't let me past the profile screen. Terrible app. Returned the v fit fitness tracker since nothing else is compatible with it.

I'd say you guys better fix it or looking by the list here there are a whole lotta of people who would testify in court of law if it meant getting a piece of it. Wouldn't be that hard at all to sue you guys.

Couldn't even get past the profile page. My husband is very angry that he thought he was getting me a great gift and it turns out to be junk.

Doesnt work at all. I cannot get it to sync to my wristband.. I will be returning the tracker tomorrow.

Fix this app now. I've lost all my previous progress and the app doesn't sync the same results as the watch. Not even the time. I have pix to prove it. I guess I'm Going to return it and get a fit bit of this is not fixed in 2 days. Geez. There should be an app for all Vivitar WAtchs. Guess that's what I get for cheap products

All the app does is allow me to enter of photograph and name height/weight no place to save tracks nothing locks up my phone it's a piece of crap it's going back to the store wish I could write it negative
