With an incredibly difficult task of linking to Bluetooth, coupled with no desktop integration to export data or anything (graphs on a tiny phone screen is silly) it's a 2/5. Allow desktop integration by exportable graphs and into CSV so we can graph it all ourselves. Improve the Bluetooth connectivity and remember the connection! The most annoying part is having to reconnect to the device every time the app is fully closed and reopened.. I don't want your app running 24/7, remember the connection. Do these two improvements and it will be much better

The sleep tracker doesn't work !! Very disappointed in it !! It's really a stepper

Won't connect via Bluetooth, therefore utterly useless.

I am testing wearables and this one as appliance is worth nothing. If I would buy it to my Mother, she wouldnt be able to use it, connect with smartpho e, se all insights. I was able to connect via Bluetooth. It took way more time than it should but ... did you test your application? It is a mess. I see steps in app, I see that device is making pulse readouts but no data in app. The only way to popularize health wearables and telemwdicine in general is through mass market. You fail it, it shouldn't be like this

Not much to rate it on as I can't link it with my phone. Bluetooth &'GPS are on. I have used it to count my steps & that's not accurate, every time I lift my arm it adds steps. So frustrated and disappointed

Activity tracker doesn't connect to app. Bluetooth is visible but there's no possibility to connect to app????

Its ok for the watch But it keeps disconnecting for some reasons but still worth it

App connects to my device. Everything works fine except the device. It didn't show my HR while running only when I was sitting. Btw device got broken after 4 days after unpacking. This is the end of my story with this brand. At least for coming few years
