아이즈플러스 학부모 버전 사용을 위해서는, 학부모님의 자녀가 다니는 유치원 또는 어린이집에서 먼저 아이즈플러스 서비스 가입 후 학부모님들께서 사용이 가능합니다. 학부모님께서 어플리케이션을 다운받아 설치후 인증되지 않은 번호라는 문구가 나온다면, 현재 자녀가 다니는 기관에서 저희 아이즈플러스 서비스를 신청하여 사용하지 않고 있거나 학부모님의 전화번호가 등록되지 않았다는 뜻 입니다.
