صالح بن عواد المغامسي العمري الحربي (17 أكتوبر 1963)، داعية إسلامي سعودي ولد بقرية خيف الحزامي بوادي الصفراء في محافظة بدر غرب المدينة المنورة، وهو عضو هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة طيبة، وإمام وخطيب مسجد قباء، وأمين لجنة الأئمة بالمدينة النبوية، ومدير عام مركز بحوث ودراسات المدينة المنورة سابقاَ، ومُفسر وعالم وأديب. يُكنى بأبي هاشم؛ نسبة لإبنه الأكبر.
