Sunrise Outreach Center

Sunrise Outreach is a county-wide Christian Social and Human Service non-profit located in Yakima Washington.
We provide the following:
• a family hostel for transitional housing of up to
10 families,
• a home and school for trafficked and exploited
teen girls,
• helps centers open daily in both the upper and
lower valleys,
• food, clothing and diaper banks in Yakima,
Sunnyside and Mabton,
• a community garden in Selah,
• shelters during the extreme winter season,
and more.
We provide services three ways:
• Provision - immediate temporary solutions for
homeless and hunger needs
• Intervention - restorative solutions for
sustainability and capacity building
• Prevention - interrupting the cycle of inter-
generational poverty.
We've created a mobile app that makes it even
easier to get exciting news, updates and ways
to get involved.
