About 4 Lines Diary

It helps you make positive reflections each day and focus on your goals.
Four Lines Diary is a method for a self-expanding-program, developed by Dr. Keichi Kobayashi.
The diary consists of four sentences which describe Fact, Discovery, Lesson and Declaration for each day.
Each sentence should be concise and related to each other.
=== Fact ===
Write the most important thing you had in the day. Try to make it as simple as possible, and not to include your thoughts or opinions.
=== Discovery ===
Write what you found in the fact. It could be a very trivial stuff. When you get accustomed, it will be easier to discover a new thing everyday.
=== Lesson ===
Write what you have learned from the discovery. Try to generalize or abstract it to be applicable in the future. You can use a kind of proverb or you can write in your own phrase.
=== Declaration ===
It should be an affirmative, positive phrase that illustrates your future goal. Start with 'I' and describe yourself in present tense as if you already achieved that goal. For example, "I am a successfull business person who completes his sales goal every month." "I am an excellent teacher who always inspire his students with new ideas." "I respect everyone in the company and always treat them with love." "I make everyone laugh at least twice a day."
After practicing for a month, you will notice positive changes in your life!
