you guys better improve on your app. especially on the UI. The interface is messed up on my tab. some images are missing and it's not user friendly. urg tuha punya design kh ni? USELESS

Have registered since launch & system said I'm not yet register??? Not friendly user & have uninstalled...

I was not able to retrieve my BN number using this app. Thus i was already registered in Bru-hims at klinik sg hanching. What is this? What happen? Dissapointed much!

i tried to click Submit after entered my registration details, and error pop up "Unable to connect with Google. Registration not submitted. Please try again later". i tried several times and registration was not submitted and also have check internet connection nothing wrong. Please fix this issue immediately!

photo upload fixed, solution is: Photo ic need to crop before upload. No background. Gmbr mesti d crop ikut size ic tu, jgn smpi nmpk apa yg d blkg ic tu, (tmpt mengampaikan).

Pls improve the verification page. Cannot see all the characters. Have to make few attempts just to get all the characters.

When i register for my self, my wife, 2 daughters and 1 son everything went well but i have a problem when sending for my 5 yrs old daughter the send button doesnt do anything. ? ? ? ? Huh what happen? Please fix this problem.

I tried registering my mum 3 times and dad once. Kept saying that the registrations were unsuccessful. Really bad. I've read other reviews giving similar comments to which u kept saying u've rectified. So why mine?

After registration and taking pic of IC without any hiccups, was informed that registration was unsuccessful. Please fix!

First, I'd like to ask you to check whether the location for the map is actually accurate. Because as of 18 Dec 2013, when I tried to search for Telisai Health Centre, it showed me the location in the middle of the forest. That was not the first time I experienced this problem, some of the pinpoint location is not very accurate. Another example is Labi Health Centre, when I try to search for the location, it showed me the Health Centre is at Jalan Maulana, one of the street at Kuala Belait, is that even accurate? I was using Google Map on Samsung S3 if it makes any difference... Please make sure all of the location for the Health Centre and Hospital are correct. Additionally, can you also add all the English name for the Health Centres and Hospital? Sometimes I can't find the Health Centres I'm looking for because the Malay name is different. And also, can you make it so we can search for ALL the locations for Health Centre and Hospital in Brunei instead of limiting it to certain districts? I find it very difficult to navigate from Belait District to one of the Health Centre at Brunei-Muara District since I can't find any Health Centres in Brunei-Muara District when I'm staying at Belait District. I'd have to ask my friend to give me the location of the Health Centre instead. Also I've read plenty of comment about users unable to register BN number via the apps. Is that issue resolved now? I haven't used it myself personally since I already have a BN number...

When i successfully registered and i wanted to recheck my registered number but i cant see it but i divert me to register again

I registered with BruHIMS since fasting month if I'm not mistaken and the registration status have been 'submitted' since and I couldn't retrieve my BN because it says there I'm not registered with BruHIMS. Could you at least fix this problem?!
