Hello, i top up 50 on 26 jan 17, but , now, i check my account(cimb), have a same amount of money after i top up....hrmmm

on 4/12..I tried to top up rm50 using my credit card and it was successful and they gave me the pin number.when i tried to reload,it said 'the pin is already in used'.later i realised i-serve gave me the old top up number which dated 7/11 and the amount was rm30 not rm50.i called tune talk and the lady said no transaction happened.BUT when i called my credit card bank..they said rm50 was charged to my credit card under i-serve but it was floating.bad service!i immediately uninstall this app..

For Maybank2u users, better use m2u app lah.. coz its a lot-lot easier and super fast compare to this app.. Further more m2u app AUTOreload to yur number, while this one u need to reload yur self using the 16digit PIN given.. Tooo many steps compare to m2u app..

I didn't get my reload...it suppose make me easy, now it make problem for me.very frustrating...till now, didn't get response for your side...it already happened twice to me..
