Wtf i lost my money in this app

Worked at the start of the year but after an update now it doesn't. Having the same problem as others. Use 3 different credit/debit cards and nothing works. Update 2jun17 - tried again after the bug fix.....still can't top up even after receiving sms pin code. Payment description is 'bank rejected transaction' which doesn't make sense when i used the same credit card at the start of the year

sangat mengecewakan bagi pengguna celcom/xpax .. aplikasi yang tiada kualiti and no meaning .. kalau nk cipta aplikasi , biar lah berkualiti ..

Why cannot use rhb bank debit card.it only can use maybnk.this app was no use at all..not helping.dont install it..for me it should go 0 star.

Service counter need RM0.50 for services change. No promotion. If advertising on TV is fast . If use it the turtle always first and fast

why i cant pay using book maybank that have number acc and password.

29.03.2016 linkungan jam 1.50-2.30pm saya topup rm10, no 6 digit dari bank dah masuk tapi tiada pengesahan transaksi berjaya, kemana rm10 itu...? sebab nilai topup tersebut tidak masuk ke nombor sepatut setelah berkali-kali baki di periksa. secara jujur bagi saya perkhidmatan begini bagus tapi kalau masaalah seperti ini tidak dapat penjelasan dan diatasi dengan baik menyebabkan saya dan orang lain jadi serik menggunakan perkhidmatan ini. Harap dapat beri penjelasan. Terima kasih.

Saya telah cuba app ini tapi setelah saya reload hp saya, message khidmat pelanggan mengatakan bahawa setekat ini app ini hanya boleh digunakan dalam Malaysia sahaja.. bagaimana saya reload celcom dari Australia sebab di sini tidak ada rangkaian celcom atau apa2 rangkaian seperti d Malaysia. Sini hanya ada Telstra, Optus, Vodafone dan sebagainya. Saya tidak mahu kehilangan nombor celcom saya yang telah saya guna lebih 20 tahun..
