Bagus.. tapi saya kehilangan RM 20 kerana reload data tak dapat. Resit masuk dalam e mail tp x msuk pun kredit dlm phone

Aplikasi yg bagus.tapi saya dah rugi rm10 disebabkan top up untuk digi prepaid ke no lain tidak masuk.duit dalam bank potong.resit semua da screen capture email resit dah diterima tapi penerima x terima top up tersebut.berlaku selepas aplikasi ini diupdate baru.macam mana saya nak claim balik semula.

I made my payment on 3/3/16 and until now my umobile customer service inform that they did not receive the payment.please give your email that i can send the receipt of succesful payment.pls advise asap

I have successfully processed the payment when buying the topp.. but after that, I did not received any topup to my prepaid topup account, and also did not receive any confirmation email at Gmail from iServe whether the process is success or not. Only in the iServe application said that the process of buying the topup is successful. Please fix this, I want that topup back.
