SEVENTEEN LIGHT STICK

It works fine. It's just that whenever I try to update the software of the bong, it doesn't move from 0%. Ugh it's frustrating. EDIT: Problem solved! I disconnected it from bluetooth and paired it again. Idk if it will work with other ls and phones but worth the try.

I was so excited for this but I think there are phones that is not compatible with the app or something. Like most complaints, my actual phone recognizes my carat bong and turns blue but a dialogue box would say something like "pairing rejected by seventeen light stick" This is so sad. Please fix this

I can control my carat bong's colours just fine but I can't update it. It gets stuck on 0% and after 5+ minutes it will say the update failed. I attempted so many times but I still can't update it.

This app is cool despite not working on my new phone though it paired successfully. This actually works fine on my old phone (Oppo Neo 5s) but not on my new one (Oppo A71). I dunno what to do anymore. I tried doing the instruction told me to do. I even tried unpairing and re-pairing the ls. And i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also tried restarting my phone, connecting the app to the ls with and without net connection. Hope i get to use the app on my Oppo A71. ????

Hello Guys !! i finally got the app to work,,, for those of y'all still having troubles with the connection : 1. Make sure ur lightstick isn't connected to bluetooth first, and activate bluetooth through the app. 2. Make sure ur location is turned on

fix the update option. mine was stuck on 0% and when i refreshed the app, i had to reconnect the ls. every time i had to reconnect i had to uninstall and reinstall the app itself. time consuming tbh but cute app

I was really excited when i saw this cause i've been looking for it but i can't connect my phone to my bong, why is it not working ㅠㅠㅠ. I'm using Asus Zenfone max btw.

This app can connect with my carat bong but it can't change the colour. Pls kindly solve the problem asap, thank you~

I can connect and the only mode that doesn't work is the Seventeen mode. after it got connected it told me to update / configure the software but it stucks in 0%. pls help me

Worked fine before the update but I couldn't control it anymore after updating :( Edit: It worked after I followed the FAQ in the app which basically said about unpairing the device in bluetooth settings first before trying to connect again. Thanks!

the thing is , i bought the original one and my caratbong cant connect with it????????I use samsung note2 . Ive tried this for two days but it still wont connect????????

It won't work. Lightstick flashed blue a few times then the can't connect message comes up

It's fun to play around with my lightstick as I knew it was possible to change colours but never had the app to do so. I tried using the battery check but it doesn't work, only telling me to change the battery if it's less than 50% full. It would also be nice if the app background had more options. Finally, was wondering why they need to access the location.

Erm... After I change the skin of the apps, I can't change it back to the group pic. And what's wrong with the skin that have a different name and pic with that member ????

Had a hard time connecting from a Google pixel phone but after a while of playing around ...it worked. The end result...it is amazing

i liked it a lot but my only issue here is that once i open other apps, the carat bong gets disconnected on bluetooth and when i press the switch, it doesn't turn off :/
