iRT GTasks Outliner BETA

I've been a long time Natara Bonsai user and finally found something that surpasses. Syncs with GTasks and it's filter functions are awesome. I've been using this for 2 years and I live it.

Have used this app in the past. It had the most robust sync among all gtask apps on play store. Now it doesn't sync at all.

Tried dozens, but this is the only one with every feature I need. Drag & drop reordering, configurable gestures, multiple heirarchical levels, configurable colours for each level, etc etc. Can't get Google sync to work yet, but no doubt that will come soon. Good to have DropBox cloud backup.

This app needs an add attachment or add photo button when creating a task.

I've had to shut my phone down in order to stop these outbursts, then when I reboot, everything seems to be fine - until a week or so goes by and the problem recurs.

I have thousands of Google tasks. Unfortunately IRT is not displaying them properly.

An excellent outliner - best in class. Finally a worthy successor to the WM favourite ListPro.

Well made... would be nice if a branch would check itself off if all child items are checked and vice versa if an item is added.

Wish multiple notes per task were enabled.Need addressbook access feature enabling email, text, call, and map actionables!

nice try.uninstall.tasks & cal NEED2b 2GETHER. i DID like 'total agenda lite' better,but that1 wasn't as goodas 'calengoo' which iBOUGHT & adore .^_^.

This was the perfect task outliner. I depend on it for my daily and long-term to-do list. It now crashes at opening after system update. Help! EVO 4G

Stable beta providing necessary outliner feature including multi levels collapsible tree view.

One of the few apps that I've seen make best use of gestures. All other task managers I've looked at seem as if they were built for a Palm device!

Need tasks to show up on calendar views like calengoo

I too really missed Listpro and especially Bonsai from Palm. Android still has nothing to compare and prolly never will. IRT falls down on its interface. Most actions are completed using a wide variety of swipe actions which I can't remember.

I like that i can customize the the level colors. Makes for really great notes

Model GT-19100M Android Version 4.1.2 I would have given this app a better rating had it enabled me to copy and paste entire entries at one time rather than fragments at a time.

Best hierarchical organizer I have found. The ability to add, edit, highlight, and move around seemingly limitless main, sub, sub sub, sub sub sub, sub .... sub categories with such ease and accuracy is fantastic. Look forward to using future versions. Love the powerful capabilities.

I do *really* like how it looks and works, but this beta version will EXPIRE at the end of July. No clear information on what's going to happen after this date, and if there's a data path.

Really like this. I use Bonsai on laptop to create and edit lists then use Dropbox to send to this apk on phone.

I like the beta, very promising. I like being able to see tasks within the Calendar app instead of opening another app. Nice ability to have floating tasks and customize repeat options as well. Please integrate with Google tasks!

This app keeps crashing while I'm running irt calendar, popping up a crash message every time i change my calendar view! I've reported these crashes several times but no updates to fix. Please get this fixed! I love this app on my droid x.

Every time I try to add my Google account, program crashes so badly I must uninstall & reinstall. Love this on Droid RAZR. That only crashes when copying lists as branches. Please get it working on Nexus 7 so I don't need to look for a new outlined. Thanks

Excellent start when it comes out of beta I will purchase if you add a widget.

too complicated

I've been looking everywhere for an android app that lets you mess with collapsible outlines with checkboxes. (Like Listpro did on Palm OS) This is a very unique solution to being able to easily move items around the lists, indent, collapse and expand. I wish it synced to a full-featured web version. It's two options are gtasks and bonsai. You can an tags and other meta-data to items on here and they don't show up in gtasks since it's too simple. It's still the best solution I've found so far.

Must take time to learn...after that: easy. And yeah...this and DGT are the best! Capability to insert contact actionables, and insert images and documents would put this over the top.

Why should I spend hours learning it and adding my data?

Update 1/11 After it expires it stops working completely. Which sucks since had couple of projects there. Not highly important since I thought something like that would happen when it expired. Still a good app to try out. Sorry to say goodbye to it. But either this or DGT GTD was gonna be one to go.Still has some glitches to work out. Does have a learning curve but its fairly easy once you get the hang of it. On the fence between this and DGT GTD. BOTH are great though.

Multi-edit and drag and drop, very useful for my note taking. Perfect companion for iRT Calendar Pro! Love the email notification and repeat tasks

Made some smart outlines. Then 1 force closed app every time. Developer totally unresponsive. No Natara link/sync. Outliner is much better!

Need to keep copy of repeat task on completion date before advancing new record.

Best I have seen as an alternative to Bonsai, and getting better with every release.
