Workbase - Tasks & Schedule

Really like the app it's great for my company to keep us organized on jobs and for easy communication across departments. I would like it to be able to zoom in on uploaded photos as well as possibly find a way to integrate Workbase with invoicing.

Doesn't sync everything all the time, crashes, hard to use.

Had a very bad experience with this app. Doesnt sync with the calender and it take ages to update.

Just needs a little UI work to make it easier to navigate and find things that certain people posted, etc.

App works but not being able to disable notifications makes me want to uninstall it. Only I can't as I need it for work so this is the best I can do giving it one star.

Great communication tool. Needs help with Android, calendar syncs wrong and dates don't show when you input something. Clicking on phone numbers would be great

I love this tool ... but (1) phone numbers in calendar items should be clickable, (2) event time default should not be midnight, (3) should be easier to sort by deadline on the app version, and (4) calendar should be more fully integrated with Office Outlook on a two-way basis. This is a big improvement over what we used before, but it still has a ways to go. That being said, the price is hard to beat for a small business.

1. Phone nos should be clickable 2. Should hv a search option. Otherwise its a great help in organising job schedules for SME

Really works well for me

Not as advertised! Only use if you want the illusion of communication. The updates take far too long to sync for this software to be useful is real time. Even updated profile pictures take over an hour to update at times. Much less important information I need to send to my crew, I am better off sending carrier pigeons. Chat function only works if both people have the same OS and both users have the chat window open, still takes forever to send/receive. Extremely disappointed. Has caused more problems than it has solved.

I was sent an invite, so I downloaded the app to my Samsung Note 4. From day one, I haven't been able to use the app. When I select "Review Invites", it returns "No Invites". The developer has failed to put a help feature so that you can troubleshoot or find out why the app isn't working. I would not recommend this app to no one.

It definitely makes communication a lot easier.

We run a boat storage facility and user this app daily for our employees. Very helpful and fairly easy to use. Can be a bit confusing at times

This app is absolutely amazing for keeping track of tasks, staff schedules, and overall management administration!! A++++

My boss uses it to schedule the team and we use it to keep track of our clients it's improves the overall function of my bosses business for us all.

I really like this! It's helped a lot to keep all of the managers at my store connected and informed. The only reason I don't give it a 5 stars is because it was a little complicated to understand who could add who ad who could see what. But other then that I definitely recommend it.

My work got me to install this app three weeks ago and it hasn't worked one day since I've installed it. Some days I can get it but it doesn't show anything other days it keeps shutting off on me. I would have rated this app in the minus if I could have

floor care

Not fully functional for all types of cell phones. Activity page takes forever to load. Will freeze all of my Internet if I'm using the website. Nothing is date stamped. Posts are not tagged by who posted them when using the website. I'd say more about what needs to be fixed, but I don't not part of the company, so figure it out yourselves.
