I actually wanted to complain and saw that people had already done justice. You guys really need to fix this app, it's just a waste of money, sincerely. It never downloads most of the time and I always get the same story about clearing the app cache. Please fix it as soon as possible else nobody would even subscribe anymore

I keep wasting data to download movies that won't even show. After upgrading the app, I always have to redownload movies. I waste too much data on the app.

Absolutely the worse, waste of time and money and these so called assistance does nothing to help. Other than try to trick you to get out of the conversation by "clearing data" to see if the problem fixes. These people are frauds.

Not able to watch movies anymore without the app. Bad business iROKOtv. Worst thing that you have done with this app update. When are you guys going enable chromecast on your app? Streaming thru a pc is horrible, and watching on the 5 inch screen with family members is almost impossible. We all need a quick fix to this issue. I used to chromecast my movies to my tv, but that is not possible anymore, thanks to the Irokotv team that messed it up big time. Still no native support for Chromcast after the app update. That is what most of us are looking for from Irokotv. It has been over 6 months now since they REMOVED CHROMECAST SUPPORT FROM THE NATIVE APP. So when are you going put the chromecast support back? If it is not done I will not renew membership. Useless to only watch movies on a tiny phone screen.

It's been an ugly experience for two months. I can't watch any movie even the ones I downloaded 2 days ago. Thanks to the abrupt shut down of Iroko app. Not cool at all. I think I would uninstall if it continues

Pls help, since i upgraded yesterday i ve nt been able to stream or download. I keep getting an error message " this file has been corrupted" or "an error occurred" . Pls advise on what to do. Tnx.

What I think is this app is not up to par just yet. It's been very impossible to watch movies on the app since I did the update...updating an app is supposed to make it work better but I don't understand this one at all...i download movies but can't watch them cos the app keeps closing up when I click on a movie....when I'm done seeing these set of movies I just downloaded, I'll discard this app....i can't anymore really annoying.

I think I prefer the other version.. This one is very very slow.. Still buffering after downloading.. Can't download more than one and can't watch while downloading.. I love Iroko TV.. Pls fix this........ The download is too slow.. Been downloading one movie for hours... Am tired

Pls don't dowload. They even deserve one star.. .. it's a waste of time and money... I usually don't do this feedback thing .. but i won't keep quiet on this one .... now I believe when my sis told me it's a scam... I downloaded videos and cant watch .. i was told to delete and download again..but no solutions. . I even deleted d app and downloaded again ..then it's even worse ...I was later told to download on another device. .. imagine? What if i dont have another ? No wonder U take a year subscription U dint even consider d money i wasted... anyways it's a NO for me... I subscribed last year November, I only enjoyed it in that same November. .since Dec till date I haven't bn able to enjoy what I paid for... that won't stop u from taking our money again when subscription expires... I'm so deleting my account. ..

This app is terrible This is the height of extortion, how can I pay for one year subscription without making use of the app for the past 3 months. You guys keep coming up with same baldersh go to settings, clear cache bla bla ba.....same old story without results. I'm really pissed!

Thanks for the last two updates. The hitches are definitely getting less. It's not there yet but thumbs up for listening. And oh how about the kiosk thingy here in Ghana too

I downloaded the app because of Jenifa's diary and up until now, it hasn't played even after downloading season 4 and 5. I have contacted HELP and I was told to delete the already downloaded season 4 and 5 and redownload

It's a terrible app...doesn't work! After wasting precious mb to download movies, it's not playing! This app is a fraud!

The app is totally annoying. You would download movies and the moment you try watching it wpuldnt show. All it does is waste your data. The customer service agent are actually clueless i guess they are not trained on how to rectify issues, all they do is apologise

The App keep saying loading content. It's like a total waste of time, watching a movie of 1hr50min for 3hrs

Worse upgrade ever When you people started it was nice and flexible now una don get customers money don enter una head I use to subscribe 100 for one week now 2days and I will spend my data to download before 2 days expire after 2 days I have to subscribe again to watch what I downloaded What nonsense Make una chop the app Metchewwww!

After updating the app, I now find it difficult to watch movies even the ones that I already downloaded. It's saying something about some expired license

It downloads and shows movies but at d end or half way it says loading content and u just dont enjoy the movie anymore from that point.pls fix

What is happening? I was watching an interesting movie 'Ovy's voice' and all of a sudden an error message popped out saying "unfortunately, IrokoTv has stopped working. Please fix it as soon as possible.

This app is really nonsense,since wen i updated ,i cant download some movies,keeps saying cant fetch license .i hve cmplained to d live chat they keep saying do this,do that,yet still the same.

Subscribed twice, n can't even download... Kept on saying license error, I shld restart... This ain't fair abeg, dis upgraded version is useless...

fantastic lineup of nollywood movies, but unfortunately haven't been able to watch any of my downloaded movies with or without data even though the new update was about to address watching movies without data.

So for the past few days whenever i open the app to download a movie it closes and states unfortunately irokotv is not responding ...i don't knw what to do
