Liking the app, good job at the bug squashing lately, buuuuut, please, please make a multiple selection download to device available. Sometimes, downloading one by one is not the way to go. Keep it up guys!

Doesn't back up pictures as they are taken. It's also really slow, painfully slow.

Used to work - now useless. Permanently getting message "something went wrong. Please try again later ". Wifi connection is good. Tried clearing cache & data - no effect.

Partly dysfunctional. Upload queue stalled. No error message. Purchased 100gb storage for my photos and I cannot use it. No background upload. Customer support NOT responsive. Scam candidate in my opinion.

Auto upload doesnt always seem to work, i've had the same queue for an hour with nothing happening. If I've uploaded some photos, then deleted them from Irista why won't the app allow me to re-upload them? Same goes for Flickr uploads.... I like the concept of having my photos stored in their original format, but the app and the software behind it needs a little tweaking.

Photo upload gets sometime stuck and then it's useless. Otherwise would quite nice app.

It asks if I want to upload then display my pix then does nowt. Uninstalling

Lovely interface but it doesn't do background upload of photos which doesn't make sense.

Only a beginer with Irista, but, works well.

App has a very beautiful user interface that's the reason why I prefer it over Dropbox but in terms of functionality it lags behind.If canon could also fix the bug of sign in and sign off it would be better because it's annoying

# update... fixed now ... :) The latest update to android has BROKEN the app. I can no longer filter by any means either lens or tags. So the app has no use anymore. Why wasn't this tested??

Doesn't identify the gallery folder on Samsung S7 Edge or the photos in my FB account.

Thanks for the update. Any chance that you could add upload from your stock gallery app e.g. Album on Sony Xperia devices?

I am not sure that I like the fact that my photos can be used w/o my consent by the account holder who uses the domain

Three things. They ran a promo with codes to give masses of storage, while the codes worked, when uploading my first photo I was revoked to 15GB. It turns on auto-uploading by mobile networks by default. It was also nigh on impossible to delete the account. I won't be touching Canon products again after this misleading experience.

After using voucher codes for additional storage via a promo from Canon, they've now removed my storage and brought it down to 15GB without notice or reason. Terrible.

Google photos/videos uploads are unlimited, why would someone pay that much for 100gb?
