Dealer need to apply for an account with IRISPAY before they are allowed access to the mobile app

The app is useful for our dealer to
1. Check Account Balance
2. Perform top up of IRISPAY credit for member
3. Check report

Dealer can now sell a single credit to their customer and let their customer manage their own credit!
