When it says arriving in 8 mins it had already gone when I reached the bus stop in 3 mins. Made me missed my bus several times. Sucks!

Does not update or respond to new bus services fast enough. New bus services like 129 was introduced a month ago yet it is not available in this app

It's fairly accurate for me. More accurate than the info boards at bus stops. However, please update the bus stops for 254 and I will rate five stars.

Bus stops are still not updated along downtown line. Quite inconvenient, because this app would be really good otherwise.

Overall a good app but could you kindly update the new bus stops in sg. Especially tampines area. There are a few new bus stops that wasnt updated. Thank you.

Completely Inaccurate ???? Showed Bus Is Arriving For The Past 10 Minutes. When I Refreshed It Showed 15 Mins More. Completely Fake. Can't Be Trusted.

Used to be accurate but just terrible now, missed a lot of bus because of this app. Worst app ever.

Very nice app with pretty accurate arrival times. Only thing I want to improve is a way to reorganize or sort bookmarks. Over time, I add different stops of same bus to bookmarks and they are spread all over. I end up scanning the whole list to find the bus and stop I am leaving looking for. If the list always sorts by bus number first and route direction, then will be awesome.

Worst bus app ever, even 1 year later. 197, 66 and few more buses always "no estimate available". 855 can show coming in 2 mins but waited for more than 15 mins still not arrive

I use it a lot and the inaccuracies are minor. Takes a while to update bus times, especially after a bus has left the stop. Always, always crashes after I exit the app for a medium period of time and open it again, a rather inconvenient bug. Overall I find it better than other bus apps I've used, the interface is simple and easy to navigate. ** searching for ' in the search bar crashes the app completely.

Inaccurate, no updates for new bus service like 129. For bus no 8, Timings inaccurate too.., shown 2mins and 10mins but waited nearly 15mins for the bus to arrived. Keep getting no estimate time.

"No estimate available" is a put off. And sometimes, it would say you'd need to wait 40 something minutes for the next bus. Like what? Another put off. Not a perfect app, but there is no success like failure.

Lousy app. Had a very hard time book marking the bus stops and bus. Had to close and restart the app so many times. Only redemption is the simple interface which my dad is used to.

Always update bus routes but never fix the "no estimate available" issue. Other apps show without problem. Better to look elsewhere. Highly recommend Singabus that's fast and accurate.

Grossly inaccurate info. Waited 20 mins for a bus that for the past 15mins has been showing that its arriving in 2 mins. Not the first time this has happened. Also frustrating to have no estimate of Arrival given. Sometimes refreshing the bus Arrival time leads to the box being empty with no number at all.

This is getting ridiculous.. no estimate available for the whole 20 minutes and not even sure if t he bus have arrive or not. Totally not accurate at all

It's a great app. But would be better if it can show whether the bus is single decker, double decker or long bus. It's also time to get new updates on new buses and amended routes. The last update was December 2016, which was actually very long time ago.

When the app can't even give u +/-5 minutes accuracy, it's just bloody useless. Nightmare using it, no accuracy at all. Pls boycott it.

Hi there! Able to update bus 129? In service fr St Michael to Tampines for a year already. Twit & email, & still not included in the search.

Very disappointed that the times are inaccurate, 4 minutes can 'freeze' for 20 mins. It's either lying or extremely poor accuracy.

This app puts no estimate available when they do not want to irritate you. Now with the influx of population at a very fast and furious rate things are changing. They will not need this app in 3rd world countries where an abundance of private transport and public transport are available to rake in the money. Here nowadays u feel like not wanting to go out and stay in your house to seek solace.

143M will arrive in 11 minutes and yet your app says 13 minutes. 143 already stopped service and yet you say there are 2 more buses?! The timings are inaccurate. The bus I wanted showed 16 minutes later,there is another bus. However, the last bus have already left.There is always some "poltergeist" buses whenever you said there are buses arriving. Yet no buses are arriving. Moreover, after 1130pm, when there are still ongoing buses on the road, this app will not show any time at all even after numerous taps. After the last review on 17 July 2015, no one has yet to retify this app. You deserve ZERO or negative stars. Totally disappointed ????!!!!!!

Been using this app for so long. Good but after so many updates, the nearby function still didn't detect my house area bus stop no 59641. Always have to manual search by bus number. Please help to update this part. Overall still a gd reliable app. But please....

Constantly show no estimate for some timings. Don't have such a problem with other bus apps. Don't blame LTA server when you are the incompetent one

A new bus 137 has been on th road for almost a month n there's no updates. The update for new buses is slow.

It's a lot better than the competition. It may not be perfect, but the timings are good estimates on actual bus arrival times.

I've been using this app for a year or so. Twice in the last month, the app shows a update screen when I open it and I lost all my favourites. It's very irritating.

NO ESTIMATE AVAILABLE. I'm tired of seeing that word. Sometimes the bus do arrive according to the estimated time, but it's when the app doesn't show the above words. My bus always shows that word around the city area which pisses me off. Not worth downloading

Great app but lately always shows "no estimate available" throughout 50% of the bus stops for a route. Waiting for new updates to fix the issues.

The app sucks it tells me 3mins then 2mins then go back to 3mins for 10 And my bus havent come yet,and can u pls update this for it to be better it will be a veey useful app for students who take the bus

It's alright but this version is not as updated as the one for iOS. Disappointing. New bus stops are not shown.

Basically this app is lite weight and fast only quite behind time in updating bus number services. This app should review n update bus service numbers at say every 3 or 4 months interval. If this can be achieved I will definitely give a 5

LMAO 'Updated bus services'. You all did not even add in 381, 71 and many more new bus services for this year (2017).

The first time I checked on a specific bus service, it'd always give me an estimated arrival period. But upon eventual checks, it'd say "No Estimate Available".. Come on, devs, look into this..

Bus 969 has new stops added at tampines since 18 dec 2016. Not updated. Please rectify.

Timing is pretty accurate but some information of the bus stops are wrong. For example, for bus service 178, there's two bus stops with the same name, and bus stop 21181 should be Opp Blk 161, not Opp Blk 5

Not reliable. Half the time the buses timing timing doesn't show up

Don't have bus stop no.71121, pls update. And some times cannot detect my location even already on GPS else it is a good app.
